I rarely treat myself to pedicures unless there's a special occasion, but now I just might rethink that. It was a pleasure to sit in this "heavenly" environment and take in the local vibe. Theresa and Lee were very friendly and accommodating. We had fun talking about a mutual friend. Now...about the service. Just wow! Lee took great care trimming my "ancient" nails and cuticles, scrubbing my feet and proceeding to give me the most amazing foot and leg massage finishing with hot towels. He applied the polish very meticulously. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere where I was encouraged to relax and not feel rushed out the door before the polish dried. I think that this a plus for Senior women and men who may have trouble tending to their feet. I will be back with my husband next time and refer to friends/family. read more

I have been getting a gel French manicure done once every 4 to 5 weeks, since my son's wedding in May. Teresa has been using a product called builder gel on my nails, and it looks good, even at 5 weeks. Amazing! Highly recommend Lee and Teresa. They're great! read more

I had been holding off on submitting this review for quite some time. The reason being, this was during c-19 and I did not want to have yet another business be torn down--especially when the employees (a husband and wife) were SO kind. This was the first place I had gone, where they didn't put a bag into the tub for the pedicure. I thought it was kind of odd, but I knew there were thorough cleaning procedures being done (again, c-19 time). Nails came out beautiful! (Trigger warning: graphic) But I noticed that the bottom of my foot was becoming excessively itchy. Then it started having hard layers of skin peeling off, along with bumps that just would not go away. It took a good three weeks for it to clear up. Aside from ingrown toenails as a kid, I never have had issues with my feet. Never a case of athletes foot, or anything. I was so disappointed that I had such a great experience at the salon, but know that I will never be able to come back without being worried. read more

Very much enjoyed my experience. Shop was clean, they accommodated my request regarding a mani/pedi and thet were personable.

Day 3: my pinky is super infected and pussy. I woke up with throbbing pain throughout the night. See my last picture for details. Now I have to file a claim against their insurance and get on antibiotics. What a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed and my fingers are throbbing in pain. It's now been 7 hours since I left the salon and it's only gotten worse. I left with 7 bleeding and swollen fingers. I've never in my 20 years of getting my nails done encountered such a traumatic experience. I will never return to Heavenly Nails and would never suggest anyone go here. I hope their tools are sanitized and my open cuts stay healing and free from infection. Maybe she was on medication or needs to get new glasses. Now I'm kicking myself for being dumb enough to stay and have her finish my nails. What was I thinking? Their excuse was that my cuticles were bad and I had not had a manicure in a while. Oh and that there were sharp edges on the nail file. Wtf?! I wish I would have walked out after the first cut on my thumb. No apologies were given, just excuses as to WHY she cut me. As if it was my fault! I am beside myself and in so much pain. Throbbing pain. My mom treated me to a gel manicure and pedicure for my bday and my cousins wedding. Now I get to manage pain from touching anything, it even hurts to type out this review on my phone. Thanks for the $20 back for messing up my nails, you should have given me a full refund and apologized for being so careless. UPDATE: DAY afterwards...6 of my fingers are super inflamed and my cuticles are throbbing. One pinky is throbbing so intensely and sending pain down my entire finger into my hand. How am I supposed to travel with infected fingers?? Just to give you an idea...It feels like ingrown finger nails or hang nails (x10)on every single finger. read more

My wonder full friend treated me to his favorite place to get pedicures, and my feet look so beautiful now. The lady took her time and removed all my summer feet callus and dry skin, and now they look great. She gave me a great massage and even one with hot stones, it felt wonderful! What a wonderful experience! This is my first time getting a manicure/pedicure since the pandemic began and also my first time at Heavenly. I was impressed by the reviews saying that this business takes its sanitation and safety procedures seriously and I could not agree more. It's a flawlessly clean and comfortable space, and as of writing this post, they even have plexiglass barriers they roll up around your chair so that you can relax (while remaining masked, of course) during your treatment. Just what I needed! Some much needed pampering and a nice polish! What a wonderful experience! My mani pedi was so relaxing and the water was hot and he did just the best job on my toes. Hot stone rub was a beautiful ending! Hot towels too! Really just everything was enjoyable. My nails by the Very kind lady. The look fantastic. Best pedicure ever! I was with a friend that needs a bit of assistance and these two are so accommodating. My new nail shop is clean, not crowded, they deserve to be! Please support this small business. The first time I went here my gel manicure was great so I came back before my wedding. Such a mistake and so disappointing before such a big event. My nails were cut and polished very unevenly and 1 week later the gel polish is coming off. She also cut me (it happens so no big deal) but put bonder directly on my cut which stung obviously. It was bizarre. I will say that the pedicure massage was amazing! But when she put my sandals on after my services were done, she was not careful at all and jammed my foot into my sandal, smudging my pinky toe. At this point I just wanted to leave because I felt so uncomfortable (she had barely acknowledged my existence the entire time - not even a hello) so I didn't say anything. Truly the most enjoyable experience! I took my best friend here for a birthday pedicure. They made us feel so comfortable and safe during Covid with temp checks, great cleaning, shields around the pedicure chair and even more! The husband and wife duo was so much fun. They are the sweetest couple ever and we had a blast chatting with them. We decided to get the lavender pedicure for something fun for the birthday celebration. I left with the cleanest feet and toes, I have ever had. They were so careful and diligent. I will be returning for all of my pedicures in the future! I didn't let them know beforehand but they still took care of me and they didn't charge me for the gel removal. They were very attentive and friendly. I feel mixed about this place. I didn't find the owners that friendly and several comments I found insensitive. For instance, the owner discussed that her son makes close to 150000 and talks about how that money is nothing when living here. I make considerably less and live in Toronto. I felt it was rude to keep discussing money and it did make me uncomfortable. She also made the assumption that I am rich because I've travelled to Vietnam ( where the owners are originally from). This is a preposterous assumption and I chose to state that I'm cautious with how I choose to spend my money and that is how I can budget for a trip. The pedicure itself was decent and the massage was nothing special but still feel grateful to have received a leg rub. I still left a 15 percent tip on a $29.00 pedicure since they decided to stay later than there regular hours to provide me with a pedicure. Nonetheless, I wouldn't rush back because I felt tense, rather than relaxed after my pedicure. read more
