Do not go here. They will cut your skin around your finger nails and give you an infection. Terrible experience!!! D

I was looking to find a new place for a pedicure. I read some positive reviews on Yelp about Heavenly Nails, so thought I would try it out. It was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, clean and organized and Theresa and Lee were both so nice. This place is truly special and lives up to the wonderful reviews. read more

So cute, a place that cares. A cute couple works there, willing to do anything to make you happy. So grateful for this place it's so good, quality care and nails. read more

I love how relaxing it is in the nail salon and the staff is so nice! My nails always last 4+ weeks and still look great! This is my go-to salon. read more

I've always had good manicures and pedicures here from Lee and Teresa, the owners. The gel manicures I get last for at least two weeks without chipping, sometimes even more. The salon is clean and the decor is lovely. The prices are reasonable. read more

This is my second time to heavenly and it's been just fantastic. The attention to detail, and the care that they put into their craft is outstanding. I met two or three long-term customers on my second visit. The quality of their work is impressive . I think I found my new nail spa home Thank you read more

I just went to Heavenly Nails Spa for the second time and both times were amazing! The couple that runs Heavenly Nails is so friendly & efficient. The atmosphere is soothing and they have gotten my ingrown nails out each time - very well & they make sure to inform me of how to take care of them. I would recommend to anyone! read more

First time coming and they took me last min before closing and didn't even rush, they took their time and the service was wonderful, relaxing, and overall pleasant! I'm satisfied with my nails. Thank you heavenly. read more

I rarely treat myself to pedicures unless there's a special occasion, but now I just might rethink that. It was a pleasure to sit in this "heavenly" environment and take in the local vibe. Theresa and Lee were very friendly and accommodating. We had fun talking about a mutual friend. Now...about the service. Just wow! Lee took great care trimming my "ancient" nails and cuticles, scrubbing my feet and proceeding to give me the most amazing foot and leg massage finishing with hot towels. He applied the polish very meticulously. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere where I was encouraged to relax and not feel rushed out the door before the polish dried. I think that this a plus for Senior women and men who may have trouble tending to their feet. I will be back with my husband next time and refer to friends/family. read more

I wanted to find a new nail salon close to home because I was unhappy with the inconsistent service at my old place. This is now where I'll come for pedicures from now on. Very pleased with the service here with a lovely foot and leg massage. Husband/Wife Theresa and Lee are the owners. By appointment only. I think the Yelp description might say walk-ins welcome, but she doesn't know how to change that. I'll be back. read more

I had been holding off on submitting this review for quite some time. The reason being, this was during c-19 and I did not want to have yet another business be torn down--especially when the employees (a husband and wife) were SO kind. This was the first place I had gone, where they didn't put a bag into the tub for the pedicure. I thought it was kind of odd, but I knew there were thorough cleaning procedures being done (again, c-19 time). Nails came out beautiful! (Trigger warning: graphic) But I noticed that the bottom of my foot was becoming excessively itchy. Then it started having hard layers of skin peeling off, along with bumps that just would not go away. It took a good three weeks for it to clear up. Aside from ingrown toenails as a kid, I never have had issues with my feet. Never a case of athletes foot, or anything. I was so disappointed that I had such a great experience at the salon, but know that I will never be able to come back without being worried. read more

Heavenly Nails Spa - Fresh gel nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Encinitas, California

I have been getting a gel French manicure done once every 4 to 5 weeks, since my son's wedding in May. Teresa has been using a product called builder gel on my nails, and it looks good, even at 5 weeks. Amazing! Highly recommend Lee and Teresa. They're great! read more

I wanted to like this place, but they don't have hot stones to do in the massage (which I'm having hard time finding a spot in San Diego that does the hot stone massage, so maybe it's just a TX thing??) Other than not having my hot stones, this place was nice and clean - just not the most memorable pedicure I've ever gotten - so if you want a basic pedicure, this is your spot - if you want an all-out, spoil yourself pedicure, it's not your spot read more

Rude woman works here that doesn't know the difference between blue and green. I was looking for a green polish and showed her a picture to find something similar and she showed me blue ones. I realized they didn't have any and tried to find something else and she told me I was taking too long and should go somewhere else. read more

Day 3: my pinky is super infected and pussy. I woke up with throbbing pain throughout the night. See my last picture for details. Now I have to file a claim against their insurance and get on antibiotics. What a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed and my fingers are throbbing in pain. It's now been 7 hours since I left the salon and it's only gotten worse. I left with 7 bleeding and swollen fingers. I've never in my 20 years of getting my nails done encountered such a traumatic experience. I will never return to Heavenly Nails and would never suggest anyone go here. I hope their tools are sanitized and my open cuts stay healing and free from infection. Maybe she was on medication or needs to get new glasses. Now I'm kicking myself for being dumb enough to stay and have her finish my nails. What was I thinking? Their excuse was that my cuticles were bad and I had not had a manicure in a while. Oh and that there were sharp edges on the nail file. Wtf?! I wish I would have walked out after the first cut on my thumb. No apologies were given, just excuses as to WHY she cut me. As if it was my fault! I am beside myself and in so much pain. Throbbing pain. My mom treated me to a gel manicure and pedicure for my bday and my cousins wedding. Now I get to manage pain from touching anything, it even hurts to type out this review on my phone. Thanks for the $20 back for messing up my nails, you should have given me a full refund and apologized for being so careless. UPDATE: DAY afterwards...6 of my fingers are super inflamed and my cuticles are throbbing. One pinky is throbbing so intensely and sending pain down my entire finger into my hand. How am I supposed to travel with infected fingers?? Just to give you an idea...It feels like ingrown finger nails or hang nails (x10)on every single finger. read more

Very much enjoyed my experience. Shop was clean, they accommodated my request regarding a mani/pedi and thet were personable.

My wonder full friend treated me to his favorite place to get pedicures, and my feet look so beautiful now. The lady took her time and removed all my summer feet callus and dry skin, and now they look great. She gave me a great massage and even one with hot stones, it felt wonderful! My feet were really in need of care and i had one of the best pedicure I have ever had! Highly recommend this place I can see why they have such high rating on here! read more

What a wonderful experience! This is my first time getting a manicure/pedicure since the pandemic began and also my first time at Heavenly. I was impressed by the reviews saying that this business takes its sanitation and safety procedures seriously and I could not agree more. It's a flawlessly clean and comfortable space, and as of writing this post, they even have plexiglass barriers they roll up around your chair so that you can relax (while remaining masked, of course) during your treatment. I wish I could give this place 6 stars for the service, price, overall experience, and friendliness of the team. Can't wait to return, thank you! read more

Love this place! The person that submitted a review saying there was no liner/ bag put in the pedicure tub must have been mistaken. In fact after reading the full review , I think they may have mistaken another salon for this one. My multi year experience has been nothing but favorable, accommodating and sanitary. I split my time between Encinitas and Scottsdale, AZ ( the land of high end spas) and Heavenly is always 5 stars for me! read more

Truly the most enjoyable experience! I took my best friend here for a birthday pedicure. They made us feel so comfortable and safe during Covid with temp checks, great cleaning, shields around the pedicure chair and even more! The husband and wife duo was so much fun. They are the sweetest couple ever and we had a blast chatting with them. We decided to get the lavender pedicure for something fun for the birthday celebration. I left with the cleanest feet and toes, I have ever had. They were so careful and diligent. I will be returning for all of my pedicures in the future! The wife took care of my ingrown toe nails and really helped out my feet, after not getting a pedicure for so long it was definitely needed! You will walk out with the softest feet ever, highly recommend!! read more

Heavenly Nails Spa - We truly enjoyed the experience! - Nail Salons Near Me - Encinitas, California

The first time I went here my gel manicure was great so I came back before my wedding. Such a mistake and so disappointing before such a big event. My nails were cut and polished very unevenly and 1 week later the gel polish is coming off. She also cut me (it happens so no big deal) but put bonder directly on my cut which stung obviously. It was bizarre. I will say that the pedicure massage was amazing! But when she put my sandals on after my services were done, she was not careful at all and jammed my foot into my sandal, smudging my pinky toe. At this point I just wanted to leave because I felt so uncomfortable (she had barely acknowledged my existence the entire time - not even a hello) so I didn't say anything. Maybe they just like to provide services to their regulars. Not sure what's going on but I know I'm not coming back. read more

Lee and Teresa are great! Went in for a regular pedicure and manicure and had a gel manicure left from another salon. Definitely would recommend to give them a visit! read more

This will absolutely be my go-to spot moving forward! 10/10 would recommend. The owners are very kind, do great work, and have been extremely conscientious throughout the pandemic. My visit was in April 2021 and they only take two customers at a time, and have above and beyond safety measures in place. I was thrilled with how my pedicure turned out and will certainly be back! Make sure and call to book an appt. I believe they can take walk-ins as well but since it's such limited capacity I'd recommend it! YOU WANT TO GO HERE! read more

I feel mixed about this place. I didn't find the owners that friendly and several comments I found insensitive. For instance, the owner discussed that her son makes close to 150000 and talks about how that money is nothing when living here. I make considerably less and live in Toronto. I felt it was rude to keep discussing money and it did make me uncomfortable. She also made the assumption that I am rich because I've travelled to Vietnam ( where the owners are originally from). This is a preposterous assumption and I chose to state that I'm cautious with how I choose to spend my money and that is how I can budget for a trip. The pedicure itself was decent and the massage was nothing special but still feel grateful to have received a leg rub. I still left a 15 percent tip on a $29.00 pedicure since they decided to stay later than there regular hours to provide me with a pedicure. Nonetheless, I wouldn't rush back because I felt tense, rather than relaxed after my pedicure. read more
