I went here to get a pedicure, eyebrow wax and lashes . My pedicure was exceptional. The lady that did my brows did a horrible job she didn't pluck , brush or comb my brows she barely even waxed them . Eyebrows looked horrible. Lashes only stayed on for two days . If I could give a negative zero I would. DO NOT GO TO MOLLY AT HEAVENLY NAILS FOR YOUR LASHES. I took my daughter into Heavenly nails for some lashes. My daughter showed Molly a picture of how she wanted her lashes. Molly said those were clusters it would be $65. But she could do something like the picture and similar for $45. The lashes from the picture and the lashes Molly put on my daughter we're nothing close to similar. She put some hard long flap lashes on my daughter that were the same lengthen. Molly argued with me the lashes were not the same lengthen and it's what my daughter requested when it was clear as day the picture and the lashes Molly put on my daughter's face was nothing close to similar. Molly told me if my daughter wanted them off it would be $15. To re-do them it would be $65. So on top of the $45 I had just given her, she wanted me to pay her another $75 because she didn't do the lashes right. Molly did the wrong lashes that looked nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. She didn't try to accommodate us at all for today. She came off as very rude at some point by basically saying it was nothing she could do. She took no accountability even with the proof in the pudding. She said if my daughter goes to school and her friends said they are ugly she will give the money back. Then she said ask the people in the shop if they are ugly if they say they're ugly she will give the money back. I told her it's not about what the people thinks, it's about what my daughter who has to wear them thinks. Molly kept saying but they are not ugly. I said I didn't say they're ugly were saying they are nothing like the picture she showed you. You didn't do what she showed you after you said you could. She did offer for my daughter to come back and next time she would do clusters for $45 versus $65. But after this job, lack of accountability, and poor customer service who would ever let her touch them again? DO NOT GO TO HEAVENLY NAILS FOR LASHES. MOLLY DOES NOT DO WHAT YOU ASK, SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS. She didn't even give us not $1.00 of the money back after doing what she wanted versus what my daughter asked for. Highly disappointed. They charge upscale boutique prices and provide quality and services equal to a cosmetology school dropout. Their customer service is pi$$ poor, facility is run down and dusty, and the staff treat you like you want your nails done pro-bono. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I like my nails shaped to fit my narrow fingernails. I'm happy with my refill for the most part. Next time, I will be more aggressive with the natural shape I prefer... They accommodate walk-ins fairly quickly. I went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I counted multiple nail stations, and multiple pedicure chairs. After my arrival four walk-ins after me, and they were able to accommodate all four. It appears Sunday afternoon is a GOOD day for walk ins... They offer a yearly membership at $99. I really did not see the advantages of becoming a member. Now their rewards program, free, you achieve points per dollar amount spent. Now that I see is beneficial to sign up for. You sign up on their stationed tablet. No card to remember to get stamped. I rarely give bad reviews, but this place deserves it. I came in to get lash extensions. When I came in, the workers were nice. They directed me to come in the back. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come start on me. The woman put tape on the skin between my eyebrow and eye lid. I have never seen a lash tech do that before....She asked me what length and style I wanted, but the whole conversation was going like she was in a rush. I got the medium natural individuals. She reminded me of the price before she even started. My eyes were wide open while she was doing the extensions. I have very sensitive eyes and I tend to get shaky if the lash tech is messing up. My eyes started watering because she was poking my eye. She tried to wipe my tears with her bare hands then she gave me a fan and walked away. The fan didn't even work! Mind you, she wasn't saying anything while this was happening. It would have been nice for her to at least say she was coming back. She came back after 10 minutes and started doing someone else's eyebrows right next to me. After she was done with the customer, she came back to me. My eyes started watering again so she started rushing to place clusters on my eye lid. She told me to close my eyes while she was doing it. After it was over, my top and bottom LASHES GOT STUCK TOGETHER. She hurried and moved my lashes apart then said "go pay in the front". She didn't ask me if I liked it. It was $30 and I definitely didn't give a tip after that service. The next day when I woke up, my LASHES WERE STUCK TOGETHER AGAIN. Luckily, I was able to move them apart safely. The glue has irritated my eyes and made them burn. I also noticed the spacing of the lashes are off. I had one lash that was sliding off; I had to reglue it myself. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! I asked for almond shape (which is almost what i got so i won't go into the inconsistency of the shaping) However, the man already seemed annoyed with me when i said i wanted acrylic and shellac on top (i like to change my colors often) instead of the powder color stuff. Whatever. He literally globbed the shit onto my nail I'm not exaggerating lol. Then i pointed out that some parts were darker and it might need one more coat. Not to worry, he globbed even more on! I kinda looked at him like forreal you're just gonna have me dry my nail like this. He did. There's acrylic all under my nails that won't come off. The glue is even lifting from my nails at the tips. If you're into different colored powders or different designed tips....THIS IS THE SPOT!!! I was addicted to the Coach tips & wore them for 2yrs straight!! If I had to guess, I would say there's at least 200 designs to choose from. We're talkin Stripes, Solids, Playboy Bunny, Polka Dot, Tons of Animal Prints, & so so much more!! They also have your Coach, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, & many more Brand Name Logos in several styles & colors!!! So whether you want to be Sassy, Classy, or Hood with it....Heavenly Nails has ya back!!! Generally most technicians are thorough but today I asked for a mani/pedi. My problem was with my mani. I needed to take the dipping powder off my nails and go allow them to strengthen again so I just wanted a mani and I brought ny own nail strengthener. I did not get a manicure only removal and color. No shaping or anything. When Molly was called she did nothing to correct the problem of my uneven jagged nails other than tell me I was wrong and the nails looked great. So this was clearly my own problem. What responsible manager would allow a customer to leave unsatisfied with crappy work is beyond me. Im at home now filing my own nails. I will never return here. I was recommended by a friend at work, who also gets her nails done here, and I'm glad that I found a different salon to go to. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. She made small talk during the nail process, which was nice. The nail technician took her time and I appreciated that because it showed she cared. It was rather pricey but I absolutely loved the result! It was supposed to be matte but I heard they don't last too long and she probably forgot when she made one nail glossy. Thank you fellow yelpers for rating this place! I was in a SERIOUS NEED of declawing (refill and cut down) on my nails. I don't go to just any nail shop, but I was pretty desperate, so Yelp to the rescue! I was in Humble and changed my filters to find the best rated place near my destination. This place was the closest and was actually on my way home, so I decided to find it. When I pulled up and went in, I discovered a bustling room of feet soakers and cuticle pushers taking care of a multitude of customers, but I was still greeted upon entry and asked what I needed. They assured me that I would be served momentarily (which actually happened 15 minutes later, but the service and the price were very reasonable, exceptional and worth the wait. I asked about the price of a refill and gel polish, which cost me $30, the same price I would have paid at my usual standby, so that was reassuring. What really boggled my mind was all the different types of gel polish they offered. It's like polish paradise lol Seriously, they have a lot of polish. They have something you will like. I chose a glittery gold metallic polish that looks so fierce I wish I had the time to get a pedicure that day too! Before the polish was applied, I had another technician who filed my nails down (without charge) and made sure all my nails were smooth and refilled properly. I kind of like that because I've had people who could file and refill great, but their polishing skills were mediocre or vice versa. The only thing I would watch out for is the technician trying to get extra money for designs. Based on the design catalog they had looping on their digital picture frame and the decor of the shop, they specialize in eclectic nail art. I'm a pretty conservative woman, so no designs for me anytime soon. But I am definetly looking gforweard to coming back soon formore services! read more

This is my second time here, the first time was ok, second time not so good. Pedicure was $22 for maybe 20 minutes. They were so fast and didn't do a good job. Started the bottom of our feet and never finished. It's sad because there no customer service whatsoever. I wanted stiletto nails but I ended up with square round due to communication errors but I was in a hurry so I let it go and the guy who did my nails wasn't the same one I had talked to but perhaps he was a little asleep since I was his first customer. I know I was. Now I regret not getting the already stiletto shaped tips they have. They also ask for pics if you want to duplicate a design. Overall I loved my pedicure. I actually got Molly. She's amazing with a good personality. She also did my eye brows. I was gonna get a regular nail polish as usual but the lady assisted me said they have "Shellac nail". I don't like gel but I wanted to try Shellac so I had that. I'd been watching the process......mmm she applied nail tips first and powder (looks like gel powder) maybe I misunderstood about shellac. My nail look nicer but I don't like gel and drills. I told her "I don't like gel" I researched about Shellac again after I got home. I was right!! Shellac is apply like a regular polish and then use the UV light. It's easier to remove than gel. This place learned wrong or they know but they do wrong or they didn't know. Or most places like this?! I have no idea. Anyway I said I don't like gel but I got gel and paid $45. I have to look for a great place again. Where is the best place in Houston/Humble? There are many salons but so dirty every where. I'm looking for a clean place, use clean/sanitized tools and don't use drills. I'm fine to pay more. I wanna protect my skin and nails. Please stop using unsanitized tools!!
