I've been going to Heavenly Nails for about 6 months and I love it! I go for the powder nails and pedicures. I've used different nail techs but lately I've been going to Troy. He is by far the best! He takes his time and is very patient and gentle. When he removes the old nails he doesn't rush and my nails didn't hurt. He listens to what you want and provides his very experienced feedback to make sure you get the perfect set of nails. He is the only one who has shaped my nails perfectly! All the lengths match and the tips are even. There are never any flaws or inclusions in the finish and they are very smooth to the touch. Troy is now my go to nail guy. Oh and as long as I've been going there, he is the ONLY one who has ever asked my name and he remembers it. So I came in at 9 am on Saturday morning to get my nails done. I wanted stiletto nails but I ended up with square round due to communication errors but I was in a hurry so I let it go and the guy who did my nails wasn't the same one I had talked to but perhaps he was a little asleep since I was his first customer. I know I was. Now I regret not getting the already stiletto shaped tips they have. They also ask for pics if you want to duplicate a design. Overall I loved my pedicure. I actually got Molly. She's amazing with a good personality. She also did my eye brows. They get customers real quick and she said they weren't busy since it's tax free weekend so you can imagine what goes on during normal weekends. read more

I was gonna get a regular nail polish as usual but the lady assisted me said they have "Shellac nail". I don't like gel but I wanted to try Shellac so I had that. I'd been watching the process......mmm she applied nail tips first and powder (looks like gel powder) maybe I misunderstood about shellac. My nail look nicer but I don't like gel and drills. I told her "I don't like gel" I researched about Shellac again after I got home. I was right!! Shellac is apply like a regular polish and then use the UV light. It's easier to remove than gel. This place learned wrong or they know but they do wrong or they didn't know. Or most places like this?! I have no idea. Anyway I said I don't like gel but I got gel and paid $45. I have to look for a great place again. Where is the best place in Houston/Humble? There are many salons but so dirty every where. I'm looking for a clean place, use clean/sanitized tools and don't use drills. I'm fine to pay more. I wanna protect my skin and nails. Please stop using unsanitized tools!! The pedicure that I received at this place was decent. I've had better and worse. My chair wasn't as comfortable as I expected. I came with my lady and her mom, the staff handled the crowd well. My lady and her mom came to get manicures and pedicures. They were pleased with their nails. This place is EXPENSIVE. I went here to get a full set and polish on my toes my original design with only polish on my toes would have cost me $80 so I got a plane navy blue coffin shape and polish instead. I'm giving this place 2 stars because I love the way my nails are done the shape is to die for but the guy who they had do my toes did really know what to do. I can tell he wasn't all the way aware that he had to do my toes and rushed to complete them. The nail tech was very rough I was very nervous that she would cut me and was very pushy in doing a $60 pedicure.

Went here because of all the great reviews. I needed to get a new set of white acrylic tips as mine were growing out and obviously in need of a little TLC. I told the man what I wanted and he was adamant about just giving me a fill and that he could fix everything that was wrong with just a fill. I asked him if seeing the nail underneath was normal which he ignored. His customer service was impeccable which is why they were getting two stars. Gentle and joking. He was friendly and for the most part made sure I was satisfied. Now, less than a week later you can totally see the nails growing out and I feel like it looks really tacky. For $25 I could have just gotten a brand new set from a store down the street from my house that had terrible reviews. Extremely upset. read more

I have been to this salon several times and the service was not to bad. Today I went in with my daughter to get our eyebrows waxed. We walked in and no one seemed interested in doing just the eyebrows. The 2 eldest ladies was asked to take care of us and after what was the most painful experience, we got home looked in our mirror and the job done was horrible. I paid 35$ for this shellac manicure ! I'm very disappointed no costumer service whatsoever.. You can tell the French tip was not painted properly the edges are rough and not polished. I told the lady I want pink nails with French tip and this is what I got! After explaining to her how I wanted my nails done she still didn't understand and become rude. She rush the job and said where's my credit card, I did call them how I'm disappointed but I guess lesson learn never going back to this ghetto nail salon. I remember when I used to come here everything was great UNTIL I did my nails here for my college graduation. It was a big moment for me and I wanted my nails to look awesome. I did them two days before my grad since I knew I'd be busy the day before. Anyway. They charged me 50 dollars which I didn't mind paying because I was willing to spend whatever to look nice. Anyway, the day before my grad two of my nails fell off I went back into the shop to have them fixed. Anyway later that damn night ALL of my nails fell off but the two they glued back on. REALLY?!?! get a better damn glue or something I spent so much money only to have that happen. Lesson learned. They used to do great work but idk wtf happened. read more

Great nail work... terrible customer service. The woman I had (sits at the first desk to the left, one of the containers said Jola Lee) was extremely rough and rude.... she didn't even ask how long I wanted my nails and just started cutting them EXTREMELY SHORT when I told her I wanted them long. So she had to redo them... I'm not fluent in Vietnamese but I know enough, she made sure to tell Everyone to charge me an extra 10 dollars because of HER mistake. I got a pedicure and full set both with shellac, the total was originally 81... then she changed it to 91 and when I asked her was it for the redo of the tips she LIED and said no... the tried to tell me that my hands were 51 when she originally said 41...but she sat there and had to do math in her head... I come here pretty often and I can say overall they have great customer service they know me by name now. I normally get a pedicure and full set. I have learned to try everything and listen to the nail techs. I have done the dip, shellac, acrylic, and powder. They always do a great job! The only thing I really don't like is when getting a pedicure they don't massage like I want them too and the prices are pretty expensive compared to others. I've never had a bad experience here I'm always offered a beverage when I arrive or start my pedicure. Horrible service. I stopped coming here last year but decided to come back since I was in the area. There's always new faces. I basically had to talk the lady through my pedicure. For $40 one would expect them to clean your cuticles. I had to tell her to clean up my cuticles and ingrowns. So annoying. They will never get a dime out of me again. read more

So I have been here many many times... the last time I went I got an infection under one of my nails (molly did them) so I found a different place to go. Fast forward to today and my regular shop was booked and I had my niece so we were going to get pampered so I decided to give them a shot again..... HUGE MISTAKE!! My nails are crooked in the curve of the French tip and one is longer, also had to go back to get one sealed up on the edge, you could see where it was cracked and water could get under( which would lead to another infection smh) I left in a hurry because I had two kids with me, ages 10&6, and we had been there for 2 hrs I started to drive and saw how bad my nails looked and called Molly. She says ok come back we will fix them. I told her I needed a time because I didn't want to have 2 kids sitting waiting forever again so she said 3pm. I go back and she is busy so she has her sister look at them. The sister starts to file the ends when I show her that's not where they are crooked so she talks to Molly who at this point gets a funky ass attitude saying they looked fine when I left!! How do I mess up a curve UNDER the acrylic??? Molly then said I would have to wait until she was done for her to do anything( she had just started another client so it would be at least another 45 min) I had the sister seal up the nail that wasn't done correct and I left!! Been here twice. First time I had a French manicure, simple enough. But the guy doing them made uneven white tips, and charged extra for it as well. Second time, I simply needed my nails shaped and colored. Before I even say anything the lady clips away my thumb nail into a square. No asking about shape! I hate squared nails! I tried a new powder they suggested, I had always had a good experience before so I trusted them when they said it was better. Let's just say that it is better for them and not great on my wallet. The powder is great in theory but my nails were lifting after just a few days, I went in twice for repairs in just ONE Week. Then again a few days later for a refill. Within in 4 days I had lost 2 (painfully) and had 3 others lifting. I have been getting nails since 1995 and never have a had such poor quality product on my nails. When I complained they told me to come back hours later so they could fix it... seriously? After I have spent over $200 in your place of business in the last 3 weeks I need to come back later that day so you can fix (for the 4th time I might add) the poor job that was performed on my nails and for more money out of my pocket?
