I quickly learned that I had been charged $99 for my first month and he had been given his first month Free. I tried to cancel prior to that first month ending and this is what I received from the owner, it's almost comical. ""This is fascinating to me. I'll tell you what, ask 3 entrepreneurs if they think the way you are going about this is right, and if they agree with you (and I'll take your word for it), you're done. No additional payments needed. If they disagree with you, still no additional payments needed as the $500 difference in this case will make no difference in my life - but do take the lesson to heart that when you make an obligation, as a business-owner, the expectation is that you follow-through with your obligations. When you are trying to go back on an obligation you've made, you should try not to blame the other party. Best wishes, Hamid Shojaee Founder"" I tried to cancel via an email that did nothing but praise them and blame my business location compared to where I live now. You charged one brother $99 and the other $0. Was he better looking? Low on gas that day? What was the reason on that one?

I love that there are so many different options and everyone can choose their own project. It was hard to choose just one. The set up is very organized and it is easy to find the supplies you need. The instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Nicole is very patient and helpful, but at the same time doesn't intervene unless you ask. She said she wanted us to feel like it was our project. We all left feeling so proud and accomplished. I have my final product proudly on display at home. I can't wait to come back to do more projects. I can't recommend this place enough!

Since March I have been taking a myriad of virtual classes hosted through Yelp. Recently, Yelp…read morePhoenix introduced me to Stencil - A DIY Craft Studio. I signed up to take a coaster making class, which will take place soon, but also purchased an additional kit to make. The shipping was fast and I received the kits 3 days before the class. The night I received the kit, I completed the extra craft I purchased, which was the wooden cactus in a pot. Nicole, the owner, didn't cut corners. She was extremely thorough in everything included in completing your kit. There was even a nail to help you pick up the stencil, if needed. The packaging of all the items was great as well. Everything was labeled and matched with the instructions. Every minute detail was accounted for. You could tell the thought put into this, and that was superb. The instructions were so in depth and she made it so you could not screw it up. They were concise and easy to follow, which made completing the project a delight. There were also tips throughout the instructions, which helped. I live in Buffalo, NY and we have DIY studios around town, but it was so refreshing to be able to purchase different and unique crafts that you can't get around here. I highly recommend this studio for crafting, and hope someday I can attend a class in person.

Great artwork for sale throughout the building and all hotel rooms. Safe in room for valuables. One shocking downfall was the pool. It's nice! But it's so dang cold it's like an ice bath. Not heated. Cool looking lobby nice artwork Nice bar area and cafe Nice showers in rooms Downstairs hallways were comfortably climate controlled The bad: Hallways on the room floors were a bit hot..if they were air conditioned, it wasnt working WATER/SNACKS are not available after bar and cafe close (around 9 is on weekday). If you want it, youll have to walk down the street a few blocks. EXPENSIVE: At first I thought their room rates were quite reasonable but upon checking in I ended up paying half as much again just for parking! PARKING: I scanned the QR code for parking immediately entered my info but failed to notice that i didn't receive a confirmation. Apparently something went wrong). 45 minutes later my car was booted and had to pay $220 to get it off! Be careful, whomever controls the parking is aggressive. there must be someone lurking there 24/7 waiting for the chance to get you! MECHANICALS: Looks like they spent a lot of money on aesthetics but not the mechanicals like air conditioning units. Couldnt sleep because my unit was 82 degrees at 10:00 pm so had repack and change rooms.
