If you're growing out of your current studio space or can't find a studio that works within your artistic hours (read: crack whore hours from 1am to 5am), this place is it. Inspiration strikes at the oddest hours and sometimes you really have to give in to it. It's nice and spacious. If you do decide to have odd hours, you are given a code for access - that rocks. I'm a fan of this wonderful studio and I've yet to take a class there. The only true drawback for me is that it's in Scottsdale and I hate traffic, although traffic here is nothing compared to traffic back at home in the Bay Area. :D If you live near/in Scottsdale and have always wanted to explore your more creative side whether it be jewelry making, learning to work with PMC (precious metal clay), enamelling, glass classes or working with metals, Metals Edge is just for you.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS…read more I have been a tenant at Regus for over a year now, and I'm writing this review after enduring what can only be described as a shocking display of mismanagement, bad faith, and unethical conduct at Regus Fashion Square (Scottsdale, AZ), under the IWG brand. We relocated from Regus SanTan to Fashion Square in April 2024 because we were led to believe the move would offer better service and a more professional environment, including other reasons. That turned out to be the opposite of what we received. Here is what happened: Our access was restricted and our internet was shut off without notice, despite us actively occupying the office and communicating in good faith with management. This disrupted client meetings and daily operations. Regus issued a "Notice of Property Abandonment" while we were physically in the office conducting business during regular hours. This was an outrageous misrepresentation and a tactic that appears retaliatory. They attempted to change the locks while we were inside the office. The locksmith eventually refused to proceed after realizing he was being filmed and law enforcement had to be called. That's right--we had to call the police to defend our legal access to our office. Despite repeated requests, Regus's City Manager, Lauren, refused to provide legal contact information for their internal legal department. Our emails to her were later blocked entirely, further obstructing resolution. The pricing originally quoted by their representative, Erica, was then retracted without explanation, despite written confirmation of part of the offer. We were later told this "was not formal," even though we acted on it in good faith. When we tried to escalate the matter, no action was taken until we left a Google review. Only then did a regional manager finally respond--but the offered "resolution" failed to address the financial harm, business disruption, or trust violations we experienced. Regus continues to hold our retainer while denying us full access to the office space. Summary This experience has caused significant operational losses, emotional distress, and reputational harm to my company. Regus not only breached their own agreement--they showed zero regard for the legal, ethical, and human standards expected from a company claiming to serve business professionals. If you are a business owner who values stability, fairness, and professionalism, I strongly urge you to reconsider before signing anything with Regus or IWG. Their practices are predatory, their management is evasive, and their conflict resolution is non-existent--until you go public. We are now pursuing legal remedies.... You've been warned. Be aware of your rights

Select a local office sharing space that actually cares about delivering quality customer service. When I initially signed on with them, they input my contact information wrong into their system and it took several months to get this corrected and my office location changed to the correct location. They are a complete scam and you will never speak with a human outside of your local office, those who work the front desk can not help you with any administration issues that may arise with your account. After a year of continuous bad service and condescending communication with Esthela Ranger, Community Sales Manager, My account has auto renewed and they are trying to lock me for a second full year of horrible customer service. TIP: When you need to get out of a contract with them, there are companies dedicated to helping you with Regus. This should inform you of how poorly they treat "clients." I will be disputing all charges beyond my initial one-year contract, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, and forever encouraging every business owner to go an alternative route.

While the facilities and on-site staff here are nice, beware of their corporate business practice…read moreof unreasonable rent increases. After the first year, Regus demanded a 33% rent increase. Moving out is always disruptive for a business, not to mention the "move out fee" that is contractually incurred if you leave, so prices are designed to rope you into a thinking you have reasonable rent. My biggest gripe with this facility is the HVAC. Too often I am either sweating in my office, or freezing in my office. To save money, Regus turns off the AC at night and weekends, which is understandable, but they don't turn them on early enough during the hottest parts of the summer. So expect to come in, be hot for the first hour until the AC cools down the offices down. The HVAC is generally inconsistent, so you might feel fine one week and not be distracted by the temperature, but then the following week you're suddenly freezing mid summer since it's just set too high. It's just is not well designed and they have no interest in spending money to balance it. I keep a layer in my office year round since I never know what to expect here. Additionally, the internet they provide is less reliable (and slower) than home service. It's usable, but at times it will completely go out.

Was told office renovation would be complete 2 months into the agreement. * Month 2: Double-billed and charged for items I never used * Month 3: Promised credits... did not showed up until after I get a late fee added onto the invoice * Month 4: Every single invoice full of errors. * Month 5: They just hit me a $1,800 "restoration fee" out of thin air. 30 days before vacancy. Keep in mind the office floor at this point is still not fully renovated. No explanations. No accountability. Just garbage invoices, wasted hours, and constant stress. The amount of hours I've spent dealing Regus invoices instead of operating my business is ridiculous This company is a scam disguised as an office. If you're thinking about signing with Regus, RUN.

As a result, I barely rarely spend any time there. It's too inconvenient for me to use the lou, print anything so I direct my clients to my other office location. Plus, out of the blue they claimed I owed for an invoice that I never paid. Which seems fishy because I pay my bills on time and couldn't recollect NOT paying. Anyway, the rent went up on my two-year lease after they led me to believe the rate was locked in: so that was irritating. Why would I agree to raising my lease rent 70% after the first year?
