Was told office renovation would be complete 2 months into the agreement. * Month 2: Double-billed and charged for items I never used * Month 3: Promised credits... did not showed up until after I get a late fee added onto the invoice * Month 4: Every single invoice full of errors. * Month 5: They just hit me a $1,800 "restoration fee" out of thin air. 30 days before vacancy. Keep in mind the office floor at this point is still not fully renovated. No explanations. No accountability. Just garbage invoices, wasted hours, and constant stress. The amount of hours I've spent dealing Regus invoices instead of operating my business is ridiculous This company is a scam disguised as an office. If you're thinking about signing with Regus, RUN.

It pains me to write this review because my initial experience with this company was so promising…read more After the first property I viewed went to another prospect who was paying 6 months rent upfront (understandable) | was invited to apply for a different property managed by this company. I viewed the property, loved it, and applied. I was told the listing would be removed which it wasn't. I didn't see this as a big deal since I hadn't signed a lease yet. Fast forward to a week later, I have been completely ghosted. I have constantly had to hound the realtors for responses and updates. I was told yesterday I would be sent a lease to sign, but once again I didn't receive it. I reached out to the woman I was working with as well as her partner today, and still no response. This has been such a disappointing experience, bringing me nearly to tears as I wrote this review. I lost out on other properties waiting and waiting for responses from this company and believing their promises. For this reason, I would caution any prospective renters before applying to any properties managed by Basin.

He filmed me through my windows, and when I was finally evicted during the moratorium -- he sent a letter to my new address with a $15,000 judgement for 4 months of $1,500 rent. The police were called, the constable personally sent an injunction against harassment on behalf, and Jason still continued his behavior. I sent emails in no uncertain terms, that he was to cease communicating with me because I considered his behavior harassment. It just seemed to inflame his egregious behavior. I sent a letter to other tenants describing my ordeal and he had a lawyer send me a letter threatening me with jail time (which he can't do). The kicker is, I lived at another complex managed by Jason Beckum, and he towed my child's father's vehicle from our assigned parking spot and constantly called my phone. While living here, at the Place on 51st, he sent me an email saying I could NOT have guests who did not first check in with him in the office. I also filmed him returning to the business office HOURS after closing, where he met up with a female tenant for over an hour. The video is taken at night, and she walks out first, turns out the lights, shuts the door behinds her, "locks it", and walks off. Then, Jason walks out not even two minutes later - from the darkness of his office. It was the most disgusting display of managerial misuse. I even reported him to his management company and lawyers office. His lawyers off responded by taking me to court 10 times in 8 weeks, evicting me during the height of the COVID moratorium, and sent me a $15,000 bill for 4 months of $1,500 rent.

I have been here now almost a year now and the manager does not bother us but my family also follows rules. It is funny how many people criticize on reviews when they were in the wrong.
