Regus is a corporate entity based I believe in Europe. I think the business model is rather shrewd. I have had an office here for over two years and I have never been able to use my printer. As a result, I barely rarely spend any time there. It's too inconvenient for me to use the lou, print anything so I direct my clients to my other office location. Plus, out of the blue they claimed I owed for an invoice that I never paid. Which seems fishy because I pay my bills on time and couldn't recollect NOT paying. Anyway, the rent went up on my two-year lease after they led me to believe the rate was locked in: so that was irritating. Why would I agree to raising my lease rent 70% after the first year? The staff is WONDERFUL. SHERI, ADAM, MCKENZIE all wonderful folk who do the best they can for the community. No need to pull them down. Overall, I would not recommend this company. read more

Since I am so busy I never spend extra time writing reviews but since I have spent so much time on the phone with representatives that was not able to assist me and with my bank from Regus over charging me monthly after i continuously call a rep for them to tell me they aren't able to assist me so they will send in a ticket. I have experienced such horrible, horrible service with this company. No mater how many times I call to get my over payment issue resolved there is no help. I signed up for a years of service and due to the horrible service I wanted to cancel but guess what I was told there is no option to cancel I would have to pay the years contract so I said ok can I just pay the full price so I wont continuously be over charged. The rep tells me I will put a ticket in. I asked since every time I call about the same issue and you guys aren't able to do anything about my issues but put a ticket in and I never receive a call back can you request they call me. the rep said yes. Then guess what.. No call just an email. Well I guess something is better than nothing but I responded to the email and have not received a response back. I hate this company. The absolute worst service. If I explained more of the horrible service that I have received since I signed up in February or this year you would be reading a novel. read more

I have had an office here for 2 years. Although it is a nice building I have had CONSTANT problems since I moved in. For starters I was scammed right off the bat. I was quoted a 2 year lease at a price, came back later that day to sign and it went up $800 over the 2 years. I couldn't get ANYONE in the company to do what was RIGHT!! 2 year s later I was never set up with printing, because no one in the company could figure it out due to me having a Mac. It took 2 months to get my phone set up, the front door has been broken multiple times and other times standing wide open, compromising security and recently the suite and individual offices were broken into. I found out 8 months i to my lease that I was getting charged an extra $30/ mo for coffee that I didn't drink!!! This was NEVER disclosed to me as an optional and additional fee!!! They refused to refund my money. At the one year mark my rent went up $30/ month. AGAIN NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME PRIOR. Why did I sign a TWO YEAR lease for my rent to go up halfway through. The staff is friendly but this place is TERRIBLY mismanaged. There have been 3 managers and 6 different office staff in just 2 years. Regus is a corporate scam. Upon ending my lease, I was charged a $200 fee when my friend actually took over my office (she is stuck in a lease for another office and needed to expand.) THEY HAD TO DO NOTHING TO MY OFFICE AND ARE CHARGING ME $200!!!!!! read more

My experience in my first year has been ridiculously bad. I signed up under an offer with free months. The first invoice I got was wrong. Josh the center manager drug his feet getting it fixed. He drug his feet on every request we made. I have it in writing that the only additional charges we'd have is for postage. Oh wait except technology charges and phone and oh the postage we do by hand so the 300 parcels we send each month can't be accommodated. Oh and the phone number I've had for 20 years and is forwarded cannot be displayed on the outgoing ID because well while our system allows it and while it is not illegal we just don't allow it. Why? We want you to be forced to use our numbers as your number so your tied to us and are less likely to move. The last straw after many many inexplicably stupid things is when I was charged $124 late fees for an invoice that magically appeared in their system a month later. I got an invoice for just the technology and phone service but not the rent. I showed it to the center representative that said "well maybe you shouldn't argue it's a gift". I said no it's wrong and I'd like it corrected. Nothing was done. I kept checking their system and no invoice. Yet the next month yep past due balance and a huge late fee. I gave my 13 month notice on the spot and will be opening a case with BBB. It's not the money it's the principle. They screw up and I've got to pay. If you have the type of business where your phone rings allot and you value your image do not sign here. On paper it sounds good but you get nit picked to death, there billing department doesn't have a clue and the center people aren't all that interested in helping you. read more
