I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Plus, out of the blue they claimed I owed for an invoice that I never paid. Which seems fishy because I pay my bills on time and couldn't recollect NOT paying. Anyway, the rent went up on my two-year lease after they led me to believe the rate was locked in: so that was irritating. Why would I agree to raising my lease rent 70% after the first year?
