I called this company for a clogged kitchen sink. He told me even though the sink was unclogged that I could not use the water so the camera could have a clear view. He charged me $250 for unclogging the sink. The camera man came out the next day and told me there was still water in the pipes-so the sink was never unclogged as I was told. The plumber had to come back out and they ran the camera and told me that it was going to cost me $38,777 to get this repaired. I called the company and informed them of the issue, that I paid $250 for a sink that was never unclogged, they refunded me $140 and I paid $110 for their trip fee. The next day I had another plumber come out an he unclogged the sink in 45 minutes, ran a camera just to be safe and nothing else had to be done. It has now been 2 weeks and everything is still working perfectly. I called the company back to notify them of the outcome and was told I was going to be receiving a call from the plumbing manager and to this day I have not heard a response. I have called multiple times and sent emails, but no response. I obviously feel I should not have to pay anything to this company, but at least this ordeal would warrant an explanation. Needless to say, my opinion is do not use this company at all, but if you do, get a second opinion!!!!!
