I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! Customer Service Is a Joke at Lumber Liquidators…read more If you're looking for a place where employees act like helping customers is a burden, congratulations -- you've found it! I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later -- after multiple store visits and countless phone calls -- I finally got my refund... minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was "being difficult." Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn't run out of. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the "that's just the way it is" attitude, it's clear customer experience doesn't exist here. For a company that promotes quality and reliability, their service is shockingly unprofessional. Management clearly needs serious training in accountability and customer care. I won't be returning -- and I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.
