I contacted this company a year ago when my a/c unit died. I saw the LibertyAir sticker and decided to call bc they installed it with the previous owners. It was so hot in my apartment and they were able to assess. I ended up going with them to place a completely new HVAC system cost me 12K. It had an air scrubber that I was not forced but encouraged to get. I was never forced into anything. In fact, the tech that came in asked me questions bc he didn't want me to spend a lot of money on the a/c unit, which I appreciated. I ended up getting the a/c with all the bells and whistles. I was referred to their home loan program that lets you do 18 months with % interest, and that has been a life saver. So, I was actually really disappointed that within a year I had to contact them bc it was leaking and had a clog. They were able to come at night and unclog the pipe. I signed up for their every 6 month check/tune-up. So another couple hundred dollars there... I like the company a lot as they are responsive. I just wish that the tech that came didn't leave a mess on my carpet, but overall good experiences!

A friend had a new unit installed by Bounds last year and was very happy with the service, so I called them yesterday hoping I could get service before the July 4th holiday weekend. I received a call from the technician within 2 hours who was able to meet me as soon as I could get home, which I was within 30 min. I told him on the phone (at 3pm) that I had an appointment and would need to leave at 4:40. Anthony (Tony) got right to work checking the system inside, then outside and determined that I had a leak somewhere. He had to add Freon, then added a dye to the system which will get checked in 10-14 days. Tony was very professional and kind and was working hard to adhere to my schedule so that I wouldn't be late for my appt. He explained the cost of the service provided (Freon isn't cheap, but necessary!) and the cost of the leak detection when they return is included. I am so pleased that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, especially with the heat we've had lately! I was able to keep my thermostat temp a few degrees higher and still feel comfortable! Thank you Tony and Bounds!

I had two major incidences regarding air conditioning issues over the past year. I gave Pro Quality Air a call because they were highly recommended by my long time maintenance guy, Arnaldo who I greatly trust. The first time, I called PQA's office and spoke with the office manager, Soleil. She was extremely professional and courteous. I told her my problem and she sent someone out to fix the AC unit and my tenants were very happy with the results. We spent about $350 total which I felt was very reasonable for the complicated task at hand. This last time, my yard service guys accidentally cut a pipe where the freon goes and this was a major issue because 1) It's hot as hell here in Florida (it's summer), 3) My tenants NEED AC to live & 3) The non-stop rains could have done more damage due to the pipe being open. This was a slight emergency for sure. And since I used them before, I knew who to call. I called Pro Quality Air late Friday night and Pedro returned my call right away. I was surprised because I didn't think I would hear from anyone until Saturday morning. He assured me he could repair the pipe, flush out what needed to be flushed out and have the AC working Saturday morning. He told me he would be there between 7:30-10:30am. And he was. After emailing and texting and calling and coordinating with my tenant, maintenance manager and Pedro of Pro Quality Air, I was able to get a good night's sleep knowing everything would be OK. By 10:16 Saturday morning, I received a call from Pedro following up with me that the unit was fixed, working and good to go. All in all, it was about $600 plus which was totally reasonable considering it was a weekend and the severity of the situation. 5-STAR service and love! :)
