He went the extra distance when giving us our estimate: he spent a solid 30-40 min detailing exactly what he would do if this were his own house. He was polite, professional, a great listener, and providing excellent answers for my barrage of questions. He was honest and not pushy. Now that the work is done I can absolutely confirm that I won't use anyone else. He's helped me on more than one occasion - even solving some really odd electrical problems. Highly, highly recommended!

He was also a very pleasant and courteous young man. Very thankful to have Davis Electric serving our community here in Palatka.

Don't repeatedly commit to appointments and leave a customer waiting around for you. I gave Mark two chances and he wasted my time both times. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him. We had a problem with a circuit breaker in our master bath. Matt from Preston Link came out and determined that the problem was actually with our instant-hot, tankless water heater. Preston Link came out to do some necessary electrical work in conjunction with the installation, and did a fine job, done TO CODE.
