Don't repeatedly commit to appointments and leave a customer waiting around for you. I gave Mark two chances and he wasted my time both times. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him. Reliability and basic communication are the bare minimum I expect when hiring someone to work on my home.

He charged $290 to re-caulk the shower, replace the door seal, and repair the drywall. He also claimed he found no moisture behind the wall using a moisture reader. Unfortunately, I noticed staining reappearing shortly after. After multiple delays and excuses, he returned months later and said a faulty gasket was likely the issue. I paid an additional $180 for the part and labor in January 2025. Despite repeated, polite follow-ups, he never returned to do the work and eventually stopped responding entirely. Now, in June 2025, we've discovered water stains on the kitchen ceiling -- directly under the same shower -- confirming an active leak and likely structural damage. If he had followed through promptly, we could have avoided what may now be a far more expensive repair. I'm out nearly $500 for incomplete and ineffective work, and I'm incredibly frustrated by the lack of accountability or follow-through. I would not recommend this handyman to anyone.

Color me surprised. Gave him the information on the leaking water heater, he told me to expect a call from the office manager regarding when they could fit me in. The phone was probably on the table for 10 minutes when I receive a all from the office manager and was told that they would fit me in probably after lunch. I received a call from Jordan that he was in route, at 11am. Jordan did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and explaining that the leaking one was installed backwards--cold into hot fitting and hot into the cold side. Jordan cleaned up the water on the floor and vacuumed the remaining water. He installed the water heater the correct way with all new fittings and was done with the job at 1pm.. During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all.
