Made me feel like it was my fault that certain areas of electricity do not work. The response I got was we do our problem calls on the weekend and new jobs on the weekday so we can pay our bills and support our families. Wow like they are the only one's that have to pay bills and support families. Will never never recommend them to anyone. Attached is a photo of another part of the job he failed by installing the wrong generator hook up. He installed a 30 amp hook up when it is obvious the house calls for a 50 amp hook up. We talked about his Champion generator and making sure we have large capacity. We questioned it all to get it right. At the time I was not knowledgable in what was needed and we obviously relied upon Jamie.

I was told there was a leak and that they would be happy to replace it or "lease" me a new one, from the sales guy who happened to be there at the same time. I talked to my brother, the next day, who talked to Allan & Rogers and they had Josh come out, almost immediately, that day. Josh took a look, and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. He said that 2 capacitors I had in the system were almost completely dead, and that he replaced them. After getting the AC blowing again, Josh checked the temperature of the air coming out of the vents, using some fancy laser range finder thingy (it's a Laser Infrared Thermometer. I looked it up.), and verified it was working properly. Josh was very pleasant to talk to and did a great job! I called the company after he left and initiated their basic maintenance plan right then. It is difficult to find companies you can trust. I think Allan &Rogers is one of them. Of note - Their maintenance plans have a monthly or yearly price. The monthly, added all together, is the yearly price! No interest! Now THAT is NICE!
