He arrived during the prearranged window of time and started investigating the problem. Unfortunately, the part needed was pretty expensive and we decided to purchase a new washer for only $200 more than the repair total would have cost. Manny is thorough, honest and we will certainly call on him in the future for any appliance repairs we may need. Great experience! Thank you!

I looked around on Yelp for a good appliance repair company, and was happy to discover a place with so many 5-star reviews. I'm happy to add another 5-star review to their page! I scheduled a diagnostic appointment online, and Evan called me promptly to confirm my appointment. He was very kind, courteous and open throughout the entire process. During the diagnostic appointment, Evan explained the different options that I had for repairing the fridge, since a couple of parts would need to be ordered before the followup repair appointment. He also let me know that if I could defrost my freezer fully by the time of the followup, that I'd save a bit of money on the repair. At the end of it all, I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill. There was no additional charge for the followup appointment (aside from parts). A month later, my fridge is working perfectly!

The internet diagnosis was confirmed by Timothy. He quickly gave us some options and pricing. We opted for the roller belt kit (new wheels, belt, and idler pulley). We liked the confirmation emails and text. Having a photo of the tech is awesome. We hope to never need an appliance repair. If we do, we will call Mr. Appliance of Marion County.

I called Viking directly and was able to order the parts directly from the company. Mr Appliance charged me a diagnosis fee, just to tell me they will not be ordering parts because they are sold out world wide/not available due to age of the stove. I strongly do not recommend Mr. appliance , the only reason I contacted them because Viking listed them as the only repair certified technician for the area. I contacted Viking directly and let them know that Mr. appliance of Ocala needs to have their certification revisited or reevaluated. I've tried to call Mr. appliance to speak to a manager or supervisor to ask for a refund or some type of compensation because I wanted my stove fixed based on what Viking put as a reputable repair service business , Mr. appliance refuse to repair due to not being able to order parts. I ordered OEM parts directly from Viking, there was no valid reason not to service my stove. At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for a manager or supervisor to explain to me how I am able to order OEM parts, but their service technician claim the company cannot. I have my invoice with the technician notes , including my invoice for parts purchased from Viking Directly.

I cannot say enough good things about Keith from K3 Repair Services…read more We have been having issues with our refrigerator; he was quick to respond and come out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. When we had additional issues, he gave us an estimate offered us either repair or recommended we purchase a new refrigerator because it may not be worth fixing ours. With the estimate, I thought it would still be cheaper to repair and not happy to worry about supply chain issues. He has always called back quickly, come out for repairs quickly, been happy to express when he feels repairs may not be in your best interest, and happy to answer any questions to you. I highly recommend him.
