First visit I explained troubleshooting I did so far, I…read moretold him I hadn't check water filter in back of fridge yet plus new water softening equipment was installed outside and that was the only other thing I thought may be an issue. Ice maker was working but only a few cubes would be produced. He never troubleshot anything. He said he needed to get a part & would be back in a couple days. 2 wks later he comes in takes out the old one & pops in a new one. Never troubleshooting, he leaves. So that's 85.00 plus 60 for labor. It didn't change anything, although swapping out the whole unit is faster & easier. If we thought that was the problem we could of done it ourselves. More days pass and on this day as 3:30 came around I called to verify time so I could be available. I spoke to Donnie who said he had no way of calling David to get a time. I explained the problem as the fixed etc. a few minutes later my phone rings and David didn't even identify himself as he was too busy raging on the phone like no other service person I've heard before. Apparently Donnie gave him the impression I directly accused Jim of taking advantage of seniors. This never happened however did say us old folks have to look out for each other as it's easy to get taken advantage of in this area. David didn't want to hear anything he was out of control yelling then hung up. Since then I also looked up the company on google reviews and notice this wasn't new behavior, but it is bad for business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. David at minimum has an anger disorder mixed with rage.

The guys were cordial, friendly and knew what they were there to do AND how to do it. In and out in under an hour. Even while holding a conversation with the old lonely divorcee client. For the on time arrival, and Qualiry of the work and service performed, don't tell them but they are under charging and over performing. Easily worth double what they asked..
