From the very first visit, we explained the urgency of fixing the refrigerator: my father is bedridden and seriously ill, and my mother is also elderly. They are home 24 hours a day, and the constant noise is very distressing for them. When the technician returned, he had a negative attitude and insisted it was impossible for the refrigerator to still be making noise because he had already replaced the fan and the thermostat sensor. He simply refused to replace the parts again. We have called multiple times--both my father's caregivers and I, his daughter. At first, they said they would come to check it, but they never showed up.
