When Isaac arrived, he took the time to troubleshoot my issues with me, and we quickly got to the root of the problem with my unit. I really like their family membership program and signed up for that, so I plan to continue doing business with them because this was a great experience. I definitely recommend giving them a shot for any of your HVAC needs!

5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Johnny and All City Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning service. He thoroughly explained, in easy-to-understand terms, what was wrong with our system and the options available to fix it. After considering the possibility of repeated repairs down the road, we decided it made more sense to replace the entire system rather than continue replacing individual parts. Briana was also very helpful in guiding us through financing such a major expense. She sent over the terms of our agreement and paperwork via e-signature and explained on what to expect since we were financing. She assured us we were not going to be charged until after the job was officially completed. On installation day, Mike and Andrew arrived and worked hard throughout the entire day. The overall price was fair, including the additional crane cost needed to place the unit on the roof. During the installation, they discovered that one of the parts (sensor) was not working properly. Mike assured us that he would not leave until the AC was functioning--and he kept his word. What stood out most was Mike's patience and kindness. Even when our kids came by and interrupted him with questions or small talk while he was working, he was genuinely pleasant, patient, and respectful with them. Mike even educated us about the system should it have an issue or leak and what to look out for. That meant a lot to us as a family. Mike returned the following day to recheck the system and replace the malfunctioning part. We truly appreciate the team's thoroughness, professionalism, kindness, and hard work. We are very grateful for the excellent service from Chris, Briana, Andrew, and Mike at HVAC and Chill.
