James is a skillful and honest HVAC tech. I hired James to service our furnace and tankless water…read moreheater a year ago. He did a much more thorough job than any other tech I've experienced. I also appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need - I asked about installing a heat pump and he explained why it didn't make financial sense in my situation. Twice since then I've gotten in over my head with DIY HVAC projects. Both times I've called James to ask for help and he's been able to walk me through how to fix the issue myself without requiring a service call. It's a huge relief to have an expert you can trust. I'd highly recommend calling James for any HVAC needs.

Holden Village recently had the pleasure of working with James Colver of Allied Heating and AC…read moreSolutions, an outstanding HVAC contractor who exceeded our expectations in every aspect of a major water heating system upgrade. Beginning with the initial consultation, he took time to carefully assess the condition and limitations of the aging electric water heaters in our hotel/dining hall. Rather than offer a quick fix, he conducted a thorough analysis of our facility's needs, listening closely to feedback from multiple stakeholders before proposing a long-term solution. Holden Village presents unique challenges for a contractor. We are an ecumenical retreat center built in an abandoned mining town high in the North Cascades Mountains. The only access to the Village is by ferry boat up Lake Chelan and then by Holden's bus transport ten miles up a steep gravel road. We produce our own power with a hydroelectric system, operate our own water treatment system and septic system, and repair and maintain our 1930s lodges, chalets, and community spaces. Everything we need must be transported in by barge, ferry, and truck. James's recommendation--a high-efficiency heat pump water heating system--was not only environmentally forward-thinking but is projected to reduce our energy costs by up to 90% in our hotel. This substantially reduces the load on our hydroelectric system and perfectly aligns with our long-term goal of becoming a carbon neutral facility. James walked us through every detail of the system's performance, benefits, and installation process with clarity and professionalism, making sure we understood what to expect. Once we agreed on the scope of the project, James took all these challenges in stride, arranging to bring his own vehicle in by barge, fully stocked with the tools and equipment he needed to complete the job. The installation itself was seamless. Despite the complexity of our custom-built energy management system, he integrated the new heat pump with impressive technical skill, ensuring compatibility and peak performance. Throughout the process, he was consistently courteous, respectful of our operational needs, and kept disruptions to an absolute minimum. James and Allied Heating and AC Solutions didn't just provide a product; they took the time to understand our situation and learn what was important to us, and then delivered a thoughtful, cost-saving, and expertly executed solution. James's ability to blend technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement made the entire experience positive and stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a trusted HVAC professional who goes above and beyond.

I have had enough. While Go Green was the cheapest quote, you get what you pay for. My nightmare…read morebegan in October 2025 and is still ongoing six months later. As of April 13th, I am still being double charged and the issue has not been resolved. I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

GoGreen installed a hyper heat pump system with AC in 2023 and it's been a nightmare ever since. Due to a misdirected email that we weren't supposed to be on, we saw that what they tell customers is different from what they discuss internally. System cools when there's no need to cool and heats when there's no need to heat. Register blows cold air in the winter when the system is in heating mode. Technicians have no idea how to fix any of it, and repeatedly make the problem worse (and then go radio silent) when they come for a service call. Go somewhere else.
