Johny came out took our aides look at them said okay didn't bother cleaning or anything handed them back said okay there. We asked what a bout the hearing test, said he didn't have time to do it. Told us go to Costco's they can do hearing test and clean the sides. What ?? Why bother making an appointment confirming it and not doing it. Ridiculous!!

I think this retail center is good if you have mild loss, but probably not for higher loss than that. Each technician will hold the h aid up to their ear. When you get a great technician, worth it if you can book again with them. But I've had issues with understanding people speaking for over a year and technicians can't fix it. Streaming and zoom calls are good but not great. I went for a consult elsewhere and found out if you can hear streaming or calls but not people unless they are in front of you two feet away- it's a microphone issue. I'll make an appointment at Miracle Ear since my h aids are still under warranty and let them know what I need fixed. I'll follow up on the review with the results

He figured it out and continued to help me and was very detailed with the explanation for everything making it very easy to understand. His customer service is the best I've experienced so far and will definitely be coming back if needed no questions asked. You won't regret coming here at all

My husband - musician ear plugs; me - swimming ear plugs. The procedure for getting molds of our ears made was fairly fast, not uncomfortable (just a slightly weird sensation), and the ear plugs were ready to pick up in 2 weeks. As someone who generally does not like having my ears plugged, these custom swim plugs (different colors too, to identify R and L!) have been a revelation. They are really snug and comfortable, don't fall out, don't let water in, allow me to still hear some sound, and I was told that they also float if they should fall into the pool. I haven't tested this. I highly recommend Soundscape Audiology! It was very easy to make appointments. Dr Thakkar was great - he explained everything very clearly and we felt safe and assured throughout the whole process. Note: no credit card payment. We paid by venmo.

I understand it's frustrating, but it was frustrating for me to experience that as well. I understand if the appointment was accidentally deleted or not made correctly. But lying about it is not cool. I am sure this is a great doctor. But this is my experience.
