The roofers were extremely knowledgeable and the foreman continually updated me on the progress. I want to credit the office staff for being super responsive/helpful to my calls, texts, and emails. I highly recommend Roofer911. My roof looks beautiful. I really appreciated the photos they provided showing the progress from start through completion of the installation. The cleanup of all extraneous roofing materials including nails and staples was exemplary. Thank you Roofer911 for an outstanding job!

Using the Washington Consumer Checkbook and Yelp to find the best roofers, we received estimates from four top companies. Augustine came in almost $2K cheaper than the next lowest bidder. Augustine uses quality material and doesn't skimp. As a bonus, they allow payment by credit card, so you can rack up those points! Props to our contact Johnny. If you want your roofing project completed on time, correctly and at a fair price, look no further than Augustine.

I could not be happier than to give Beyond Exteriors five very-full stars. From start to finish,…read moreAndrew, George, BeLinda, Linda, and the entire Beyond Exteriors team have been great to work with and I am proud to have given them my business. If you don't read anything else, right up front I want to say that I recommend Beyond Exteriors without reservations. When we bought our historical home, the inspector told us that metal roofs can last forever and we should be happy the home had one. Well, once the leaks started and we had a professional roofer evaluate the situation (taking photos, as he said, of "how to install a metal roof the wrong way"), we knew that our home and investment were at stake and we wanted to get the right people to help us. We went the whole nine yards, meeting with multiple roofers to get an assessment and project estimates, following up to get comparable project specs and costs, and finding out as much background on the companies as possible; without question Beyond Exteriors demonstrated their expertise and professionalism throughout and their reputation for quality work is well documented. Beyond Exteriors was uniquely willing, able, and eager to think of the entire project cohesively, through three types of roofing materials, moving roof penetrations, installing insulation, and coordinating gutters. We must've emailed with Andrew about every detail of the job, more than a dozen times in total, and to his great credit he patiently helped us learn about our own roof, best practices, and quality and budget considerations. Once the contract was signed, Linda and BeLinda kept us appraised of the status of getting City permits and architectural review, as well as the forecasting of our start date; they were always a pleasure to talk to. On site, George seamlessly managed the team, communicated the how's and why's of the work, and answered any questions we had. And did we have questions -- we're analytical people putting our home and money on the line, and George could not have been any more understanding, thoughtful, and helpful, always concerned about doing things right way and explaining that way to us. Of course, the crews deserve a lot of the thanks (special shout out to the amazing Jose who came by on a Sunday to confirm the roof was ready for a rain storm before the full project finished), and it's clear the focus on quality extends to every member of the Beyond Exteriors team. The last of the punch-list was finished today and I'm already on Yelp to provide them with an outstanding review. The roof and gutters look great and, most importantly, were installed well. And that's not just my opinion (and the opinion of several neighbors who have shared their compliments): an independent, certified roof inspector we hired praised the attention to detail, quality of materials, and workmanship. If my gushing over Beyond Exteriors hasn't convinced you, our actions should: we already have an appointment for Andrew to return and work up a project on siding and painting. We're that eager to continue working with them.

I'm usually skeptical when a company has a perfect 5-star rating (check the Google ratings, too), but if the job they did for me is any indication, they've worked hard to earn every star. My rental property in Alexandria got hit with back-to-back storms, and my tenant texted that a man named Jesse knocked on the door to offer free roof inspection services. Yes, someone knocking on the door usually raises a flag for me, but I checked out their website and thought, "Why not?" Within a week, Jesse met with an inspector from my insurance company (USAA), and Jennifer from the office sent the proposal to them. Billy (company owner) and I met online to get all the contract details in order, Melissa coordinated a date with my tenant, and when the day came, the Pure Roofing Team replaced the roof in one day. The tenant reported that the roof looks fantastic and that the clean-up was impeccable. The team made everything so seamless and easy; the hardest thing I had to do was pick out the tile color. Their quality work just upped the value of my property, and the best part: I only had to pay the deductible! You'll see a lot of the other reviews state how customer-oriented this company is and how happy they are with the work they did - I definitely am, and I think you will be, too!

Absolute hustle. Everything was immaculate after, including dragging all of the nearby turf and access points with magnets to collect any loose nails. Great service throughout. I am not in the habit of writing glowing reviews but I gotta say, these folks did an amazing job. I'll hire them again when my house needs a new roof.
