My 4 year old hearing aids were maxed out and malfunctioning. My previous audiologist was unable to…read morefix the aids and only wanted to sell me new ones at an extremely high price. I went to Audiology Associates and Melena easily adjusted my old hearing aids so they were functioning but not optimally.she then described the best option in hearing aids for my profound hearing loss, which cost about half the price quoted by the previous audiologist. The new aids worked perfectly with the settings she programmed. I am now able to hear significantly better than I have been for many years. Thank you Melena

I am fortunate my parents live nearby so I can make visits as needed, and they are always understanding and flexible in accommodating my schedule, even working with me remotely to program my digital hearing aids. I have a congenital bilateral severe-profound hearing loss, profound on the left, where I am eligible for a cochlear implant. Yet I have always done so well with hearing aids, thanks to their skill programming them to fit my needs, an implant is deemed unnecessary. This is a true testament to their skill. I was mainstreamed in public schools with assistive devices and went on to obtain a master's degree and now work as the staff biologist for a national program in the USDA. I cannot thank founder Marcia Dean and current audiologist Todd Sauter enough for their help along the way, I owe my success to their hard work. They quickly understood any issues I was experiencing, despite often lacking the language to describe it, and made adjustments and provided recommendations for the best hearing aids for my needs, patiently trial and erroring different companies when it is time to upgrade. I am always so impressed with the ease of working with them. They are extremely generous with providing tools to care for my hearing aids, and understanding of financial limitations, still finding the best aids for my needs. They are always pleasant and work expediently to prevent patients from waiting long for their exams. I am always happy when I see a busy waiting room as I know everyone is getting the best care, (having tried other audiologists over the years in other states and been seriously disappointed), and I never wait long, even when they squeeze me in the last minute. They have been a dependable mainstay over all my years and moves & I can't recommend them highly enough.

Paul Flynn gets a star because he is a nice man and maybe a good audiologist. I'm not sure. My…read moremother is 93 years old, and Paul inherited her from his predecessor. She is lovely, very disabled, in chronic pain, and quite deaf, except for a tiny bit of hearing in her right ear with an aid. Because she was incapacitated, I brought her hearing aid to Mr. Flynn to be serviced. I got it home, and it did not work even while changing the batteries daily. Subsequently, my mother took a fall and landed at Emerson Hospital and is now at Care One Rehab. She is now more helpless and cannot hear at all. We asked Mr. Flynn to see her there as he does house calls, and he refused. We know he does housecalls because one day my mother waited 45 minutes for an in-office appointment and he was seeing a patient at Newbury Park. When I requested he see my mom, he said, "I can't do that. I am full." If you. know Concord, MA -- you know his office is right across the street from Care One Rehab. I called five other providers who said, "We would come if she was already our patient, but can't do a first visit there." I called Mr. Flynn about this, and he doubled down. I am a licensed mental health professional and if this happened in my profession, it would be considered unethical/abandonment. I'm sharing this in case you are an elderly patient and may end up in the same situation.

I've been wanting to write this review for some time as I greatly appreciate those who give…read moreexcellent customer service. My father, who is 95, has severe hearing loss and has been seeing Paul Dole at Flynn Associates for many years for his hearing aids and evaluations. It had been some time since my father was in, both hearing aids were lost at a recent stay for care and it took time to gather funds for new ones. It was my first time bringing my father to his appointment and it was a pleasure to meet Paul. He's friendly and inviting and he offered for me to sit in on the appointment. I enjoyed watching him test and fit my father for the new hearing aids. The two were like old friends which I found touching. At the end of the appointment Paul asked my father if he could hear him and he said yes. Paul then said "welcome back" and my father said thanks and they both chuckled. That was one of those moments I won't forget. My father could hear again. Words I put here could never relay how significant that is for him, the family, medical people and those he meets in public. Paul recently was generous with his time when there was an issue with a part on one of the hearing aids and I was very grateful for his quick remedy of it. I highly recommend Flynn Associates for their expertise and for their caring and friendly service. My father and I look forward to seeing Paul in 2023!
