Based on the detailed hearing testing and analysis regarding the hearing issues I was having, Alex recommended the best hearing aids for me. Even though the hearing aids I selected were more expensive as the 'OTC' brands, they were well worth the money. I wear them every day and cannot imagine a day without them. My hearing aids also work especially well filtering out extraneous noises in noisy environments (like restaurants, parties and sporting events). In these environments, I am able to hear and converse clearly with members of my party. Speaking with other people who chose cheaper 'OTC' hearing aids, these turn out to be unwearable in noisy environments. I also enjoy the extra time and attention I get with each follow-up visit, where the hearing aids are adjusted for optimum efficiency. I highly recommend Alex Lee of Professional Hearing associates.

Then I arrive at 3:30 and the lady at the desk tells me that he might have time to look at them right away which I was over the moon excited about so I said sure! After checking out my ears and taking a look at my hearing aid, alex was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He even had all the parts available to fix my hearing aid!! when you rely on hearing aids every day and don't have them it is super stressful. I made several attempts to call, but no one picked up. I left a voicemail stating the issue and requesting a call back. ⁉ 4. One more attempt was made to speak to someone. I spoke with the rudest, most unprofessional, and condescending individual. The conversation was so bad that I decided to cancel. Transferred to reception and straight to voicemail...again! ‍ 5. I was halfway home before I received a return call after leaving 2 voicemails. 6. The person knew exactly who I was referring to when I recounted the experience. Apparently, he's in billing on another floor, and no one can control how he speaks to patients. Really?! 7. An attempt was made to guilt me into keeping my appointment. After all, they had set aside 1.5 hours for me; yet, I was no longer going? No, ma'am. ‍ 8. Reminder, there's only one chance to make a first impression. Not providing valuable information and knowingly employing such unprofessional staff does not leave an impression that quality care would be received. ‼ 9. The providers may or may not be excellent. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding their billing practices. Anyone…read moreconsidering this clinic should ask themselves if they would want to be charged a cancellation fee for attending a funeral. Months after my last appointment, I was charged nearly $300 in "cancellation" fees on my credit card. One cancellation occurred when I had to travel for a funeral (which the clinic was aware of), and the other two I have no record of, including one dated more than a month after my final appointment. The invoices were apparently emailed months later and went to my spam folder. At no point did anyone from the clinic attempt to contact me directly before charging my card. After noticing the charge, I emailed the clinic requesting documentation and an explanation, but never received a response. Charging a patient months later without clear communication, and then ignoring follow-up inquiries, reflects very poor customer service and billing transparency.
