I had a very short wait time (maybe 5 minutes), and less than 10 minutes after seeing the nurse waiting for the derma. Everyone was very warm and welcoming from the receptionist who very nicely and clearly told me what I needed to do re: paperwork, insurance, etc, as well as the nurse who was very considerate and thoughtful, and the dermatologist was fantastic. She was very thorough and spoke to me woman to woman making me feel very comfortable being candid with her. She talked to me the whole time explaining everything she did, encouraged questions, and made me feel very confident that she was giving me her full, undivided attention. She also encouraged me to call within the week if I experienced any discomfort or issues. There was an option to upcharge me or sell unnecessary services, and it was clear that the primary goal of this derma was to treat me for what I needed, not what would best profit them. When it came time to schedule a follow up at the end of my appointment, they were again very accommodating to my schedule. From start to finish, this was one of the best dermatology experiences I have had. Staff was friendly, accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. Since this was my first visit, I cannot speak to the reviews re: office disorganization or loss of paperwork/etc, but at this time I have no reservations of making this my home derm. office and would enthusiastically recommend to others.

He has a wonderful disposition, explained things in easy to understand terms and even whipped out a notepad to write a couple of terms down in case we wanted to do more research on our own. He has a rare, warm, beside manner and I feel fortunate he is looking after mom. He currently works 2 days a week, so making an appointment can take some lead time. He has a patient portal, although it is limited in use. You can use it to communicate with him/his staff, but features such as updating current med list is not an option. You can email them with updates as a work around. Otherwise, at the beginning of the appointment there is a manual review and update by an assistant. Location in Chelmsford is easy to get to with plenty of parking.
