What a RIP off! Ist they say "we currently have a sale going on". The funniest thing is my co-worker went there after my wife purchased hearing aids a few months later, and it was the same sale pitch. When my wife called the office to set up an appointment to return the hearing aids on the day of the appointment the office called my wife and cancelled. When we called on Monday to come in to return the hearing aids she told us that her appointments are book up and she would call us at the end of the day. Being that it was a long commute to the office we drove to office and waited. When the specialist realized we showed up her demeanor changed. She slammed the door and looked at us like we are trash. She then told us that she can't return the hearing aids because it was past the trial period however, we can downgrade the hearing aid to a less expensive model. I responded by saying it's unfair that we had an appointment on Friday and your office canceled the appointment and our trial period was up on Sunday. And why would we downgrade to a less expensive hearing aid that wouldn't give my wife the full benefit. The sad part it that cousin works as an audiologist for the company however, his location is also a commute. Take my advice go to Costco much cheaper and they don't make a commission. read more
