I had been to a couple of different Chiropractors, and Dr Hartman was the first who listened to me describe my symptoms, physically evaluated me, and then decided to send me for a neurological consultation before he would treat me. In my experience it's extremely rare for a health care provider to be as measured and conservative. They are not there for your health, they are there just for your money!!! Hartman is an arrogant being. He will tell you that all your problems are due to nutrition, and will talk you into going completely Paleo. The reason for this is not because he wants to help you, but because like this, he doesn't have to really treat you!! He will blame all your pain and problems on the fact that you keep on consuming gluten and not going Paleo. When i asked him about my condition and his plan of care, he told me that my insurance doesn't pay him enough for him to spend his time on an explanation, and that i should just read the book about paleo and LOOSE WEIGHT!! He would adjust me real quick and get me out of his office.After that day i told the front office that i wanted to chnage drs and i did, i went to Dr. Pammer. i was also receiving their Neurofeedback therepy, that was conducted by Hartman, which was a SCAM!! I never got a report of Progress!!! One day i went there and Hartman took me to the neurofeedback room and left me in for a whole 1 hr with the neurofeedback cap and wires, and i was only supposed to be there for 30 minutes, the usual. He never explained to me that he will leave me there for that long. When he came back to the room, i asked him about why had i been there for 1 hr, and his response was BECAUSE I CAN!!! I said i dont appreciate you not telling me this ahead of time, because as you know i have transportation scheduled at the same time and this creates conflict. Transportation can not wait longer than 15 minutes, because they have to go pick more scheduled patients, and he just didnt care. So i had to call my boyfriend to come and get me. Then he said just go and get acupuncture and you will be done for today, and i asked him why? am I not receiving chiropratic care today? He said no and i asked again why? i told him i am here mainly because of chiro care and Im in pain!!! He said well im the dr and i know what you need!! Now remember i said i changed drs? Well nobody in that office (Caitlyn) told me that Dr Pammer wasnt going to be in that day. If i would've known i would've never went that day!! Hartman is just a nasty person!! i wouldve never put myself in uncomfortable situation of him treating me again!!!! As i was heading out of the office to acupuncture i went up to Caitlyn and told what happened with Hartman and that i needed chiro care!! but unfortunately nobody told me that my DR wasn't going to be in that day!! She just brushed it off with her innocent attitude and said oh i thought they did... I said i need to speak to the manager about this and she said oh well the manager is not in today because she leaves early on Fridays. So i said ok well then let her know i need to speak to her about my treatment and what happened today!! I left to get acupuncture with Joe who by the way is such a sweetheart!! when i came back and i was going to sit to wait for my bf i saw Hartman walk by and i reminded him that has forgotten to also put me on the decompression machine that day and again in a nasty way he said well not today!!! HE screamed at me and said You dont tell me how to treat you, i decide what services you get, and when you get them!!! i said well i always get decompression when im with my Dr, and his also a chiropractor and that is part of my treatment which i discussed with my doc. He then got so pissed and kicked me out of the facility he told Caitlyn to call the cops on me!! The cops came and i told them what happened and they said if i were you never come back to this place!! SO please dont go to this facility you are waisting your time!! Dont go to ta place that makes you feel inferior because of your insurance ( i have medicare since I'm disabled) they just dont care to treat you and get you better!! i dont know how this being Hartman is the director????? He is a BULLY!!! HE DOESNT WANT PEOPLE TO QUESTION HIM HE JUST WANT YOU TO AGREE WITH HIM AND NOT COMPLAIN!! read more

These people have zero respect for your time, it would seem that they are used to strictly dealing with people that are retired and have no time constraints. I expect as a brand new patient to be seen within 5 to 10 minutes of the appointment time that was scheduled for me, I even went as far as to make sure that I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any paperwork needed. Upon completing paperwork and handing in to the receptionist I was given no estimated time as to when I would be seen or any type of warm welcoming greeting. read more

Dr. John is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful to all his patients. My husband and I are both have lower back problems. When my husband got to the office, he couldn't really walk without a cane. After the very first visit he felt a tremendous pain relief. The pain is almost non existent by now and he's able to go back to the gym. Great place. I've been to orthopedics and PT three separate times for a torn rotator cuff. Through Dr.Hartman, the PT staff, trigger point injections and accupunture I have not only stayed out of the operating room I have been able to resume my favorite activities surfing and golf painfreel. TSM cares about the individual and creates a health plan especially for each individual. They ask what your goals are and develop a rehab program that helps you attain your goals. I was home visiting family in New Jersey and I was having a lot of trouble sleeping due to lower back pain and stiffness. Jonathan was extremely helpful. He was very thorough and was able to quickly pin point the source of my problem. I felt better immediately. I am an Iraq war vet and Jon took special care in not only adjusting my back, but explaining to me what was causing me pain. Since I didn't have regular insurance bc I usually go to the veterans hospital the office had said the visit would cost me only $50.
