After finding out that I had Arthritis in my neck, I needed to find a Physical Therapist. My index finger and thumb on my right hand were tingling and numb, and my neck and shoulder had constant pain as well. I lost most of the tingling after the first day, and in less than 2 weeks, I got full feeling back to my index finger, my body felt so much more comfortable to be in and the numbness in my thumb was well on its way to full recovery. One does not feel like being in a "PT mill" with such personal attention. Besides, it works! I saw review about Kinderkamack Physical Therapy from Google and I went to the place to do physical therapy. When I first started my therapy the therapist asked me what made me disabled, I told them what happened to me and my hardship doing activities outside of my house. Once I started the physical therapy I was amazed how they were doing their treatment to their patients. They ask if I have any pain when I do some exercise and looking in to my postures and tells me how I should pose when I do exercise. Now, I stand more straight like normal people do.
