She explained the hearing test clearly and in a way I could understand. Turns out my hearing in that left ear has declined further and Dr MacCrae fitted me with. Lyric hearing aid. This thing is amazing. No one can see it and after a few days of wearing it I forgot it was there. The Difference in my hearing is astonishing. I had no idea the difference it would make to have it corrected. I would highly recommend Dr MacCrae and the Hearing Health Center. Dr MacCrae made me feel like family!

When I called out the huge difference in price and asked for an adjustment, I did not receive anything and I have been a loyal patient now on my 3rd pair from Hearing Health. When I called Emtech Labs, the company that made the ear plugs for Sonus, they said they have changed the process and added a coating so they won't mold now, but since I purchased them over 3 months ago, they were out of warranty. The mold cannot be cleaned and I would have to purchase another pair. When a company has a known problem, like mold that can cause tremendous health risks, with a product they make or represent and they don't inform their customers and take responsibility, it is a company stay away from.
