Their offices are very organized and clean! Nice when you think about what they are exposed to. I find them all so BRAVE!! My husband and I went in separately. We both checked in and scanned our ID's and insurance card. When back in the room I was asked for these again so I told my husband to have his ready. He gave them to the same lady I had and she was so rude and responded "didn't you scan those out front? I don't need them again" then why was o asked for them again. We were just trying to be prepared and make her job easier. Seems like she doesn't like, or care about her job from her attitude. Should not be in customer service or even drawing blood. I just have to share how wonderful my experience was here on October 18. My child has Down…read moresyndrome, deep vein issues, and sensory sensitivities, so blood draws are usually a total nightmare anywhere outside of the doctor's office. But this time, everything went smoothly thanks to two amazing staff members -- Veronica and Marie. They treated my child with patience, empathy, and so much kindness. They took their time explaining what was happening, used such a gentle approach, and somehow made my child feel calm and safe the entire time. What's normally one of our hardest days turned into one of our easiest, and that meant the world to me as a mom. You can tell this office hires people who truly care about their patients. Veronica and Marie went above and beyond, and I couldn't let any more time pass without publicly thanking them.
