    Do not go to this location if you do not have an appointment. The waiting room is always packed and you will be waiting for hours

I arrive and wait an hour, hour and a half, two hours, and never got called back. So I left without being able to speak to anyone or find out if I should reschedule. The glucose test takes around an hour to do properly. I scheduled early in the morning for a reason. I can't sit around and wait all day without anything to eat or drink while pregnant because they can't get their shit together. The facility itself is dirty and old looking, there is nobody at the front desk, and nobody answers the phone. Wasted my sick leave time for nothing. Thanks a lot. Response: lol no you aren't "looking into this further", it's an obvious repeated pattern given the other reviews. You can't expect a pregnant patient to wait 3 hours after their original appointment time for a fasting glucose test. Ridiculous.

    No viable appointments available in Tallahassee for 4+ weeks across 3 locations. Arrived at this…read morelocation at 6:30am as a walk-in. 22 people were already outside in line. Took 15 mins in line to check in as a walk-in at the kiosk. The estimated wait time was 48 mins. Actual wait time was closer to 1.5hrs. Considered waiting in my car for a text alert, but the staff said that is not as reliable so I was forced to sit in a crowded lobby. I will do whatever it takes to get routine lab work from another provider in the future.

The doctor was able to recommend a couple of tests and it was ultimately decided that I have alpha gal, the red meat allergy. I was very glad that he recommended those tests for me. The visit and the results delivery could have been a lot better. During the visit he seemed cold, and when I listed some supplements/vitamins that I take or may take on a given occasion instead of medicine, he made a comment "with all of this no wonder you have symptoms". I don't take any medicine and take normal supplements unless I'm sick and then I may take other remedies. His comment was very unnecessary, and he didn't have all of the information on the paper so I clarified for him. Then when I was given the results, I was told I could never eat red meat again and that I needed to take Loratidine every day for the rest of my life. I did a little research on my own and discovered from the Mayo Clinic that if you're blood levels decrease, you may be able to eat it again, so I went to another allergist who specializes in desensitization, and he did some research on his computer and discovered that there had been success with desensitization in a couple of cases in another country. I decided to try desensitization on my own with the help of his advice, and was very successful, and I'm able to eat red meat in small quantities (larger quantities of pork), so now I don't have to worry that there might be an ingredient in something that's going to kill me. I wish I had gone to the other allergist first, but I'm really glad that I got the advice I did. Other than that, this office was clean and professional, and his assistant who called me was friendly, but I just don't recommend him.

She said they hold appointments for an hour even if you're not here. Then she tells a guy when he walked him they're extremely busy and he should go to TMH urgent care. (What)?? Then she tells a customer they may not take his insurance without knowing if that was the case so he could leave. The problem is I have the same insurance that was previously accepted. I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building. I've never heard of this, but maybe this is why they turn patients away and get behind. Terrible!!!!!!!
