My toddler had to get her blood drawn today and it was far more traumatic for me than it was for her thanks to the AMAZING nurses at LabCorp. My husband and I arrived at 2 having no idea what to expect and after signing in we were called in. The nurse won my daughters heart and instructed my husband to lovingly restrain her. She was freaked out and looked to me for comfort which I couldn't provide her because I too was freaking out. The nurse called in another to help hold my daughters arm and the two of them charmed and coo'd my daughter to a relative state of acceptance as they drew her blood and afterwards rewarded her with a Doc McStuffins sticker and my daughter was JUICED. I'm super grateful to these amazing ladies for being strong for me. read more

Had an appointment I had booked online for 9am. I got there 25 minutes early and checked in from the parking lot, 5 minutes later I got a text telling me they were ready for me inside. Nurse Carrie was great, polite and painless with the needle, had my blood drawn and me back in my car before 9am. I don't think it gets any better than that! Great experience. read more

The wait time is absurd. After 1.5 hours waiting during "off peak" hours with my name not even close to being called, I gave up. These facilities need to be adequately staffed with efficiency training. Avoid if you can! read more

I was completely scammed by this company. I was sent for testing by my IVF clinic as I had been over the previous 2 years however after 2 years of treatments where a significant portion of my testing was covered, I was not informed that NONE of my testing would be covered nor was I informed that the cost would be 500 times higher than my typical visit. Imagine my shock when I received a $5,000 bill for what I was told was routine testing. I was able to get my local OB to perform the rest of the testing, but I would NEVER recommend LabCorp and have filed a suit with both the State of Florida and the Surgeon General for their business practices. read more

Sure, you can make an appointment but they won't see you until they're ready and no, they will not tell you where you are in line because they "don't have time for that." Staff are rude, the waiting area is too small and so is always overcrowded. I made my appointment two months in advance and was 10 minutes early just in case. Avoid using these people at all cost. The receptionist behind the glass shield refused to help with the electronic sign in and, but for one of the many others waiting who helped me log in I would be there yet...and that would be a good thing as I have had root canals less painful than the needle shoved in by the technician. Her carelessness didn't end there as the patch she stuck on the needle wound was insufficient to stop the flow of blood and I left the lab, thankfully, with blood running down my arm and on to my clothes. Checked in 25 minutes early through their mobile System, said they would text me when they were ready for me. Never got a text. Went inside, checked in through their scanner system, and waited to be called for my 1:45 PM appointment. Never got called. Went to the front desk to announce myself as having an appointment, to be told they were extremely busy and behind, and would get to me as soon as they could. Understandable. Why are you seeing "walk-ins", before people who took the time to make an appointment?? Not Understandable. Lost 90 minutes of pay leaving work - to not be seen for my appointment for bloodwork. The staff are doing their best with very little. TCPCA closed down and all the overflow ended up at Labcorp. I got there 5 minutes early for an appointment I made online. I waited over an hour, along with a packed, standing room only, waiting room (take a mask!), but was in and out within 10 minutes once I got my name called. Some people that were walk-ins were there for 2 hours. I'm not sure if making an appointment helped me or not! However, the staff were polite, friendly and doing their absolute best, so even though the waiting was not fun, and several people left because they had to get back to work, take a book and go prepared. Don't take it out on the hard working staff! And if you don't like the prices of stuff, don't like business closing down and burdening whatever other company is left to handle the overload, then exercise your Constitutional right to let your federal government how you feel about these trickle-down-to-the-little people actions they're taking. read more

I waited over a week for test results and called multiple times because it was effecting my pre employment status being moved to employed and still don't have even a call back from them! The Lady on the phone I originally spoke with was super unprofessional and kept cutting me off mid conversation. Defiantly she didn't care about myself as a customer/patient! read more
