The staff was welcoming, kind, and very sympathetic to how sick I was. After assessing my level of illness, Sally, the Nurse Practioner I saw, switched me to a much more effective oral antiviral. They were not there to push one thing, they were there to get me well. The prescriptions were called in quickly, the clinic was available for consult when the pharmacy had an issue and said they will be making a follow up call in a few days. My husband and I arrived at 2 having no idea what to expect and after signing in we were called in. The nurse won my daughters heart and instructed my husband to lovingly restrain her. She was freaked out and looked to me for comfort which I couldn't provide her because I too was freaking out. The nurse called in another to help hold my daughters arm and the two of them charmed and coo'd my daughter to a relative state of acceptance as they drew her blood and afterwards rewarded her with a Doc McStuffins sticker and my daughter was JUICED.
