I sighed in and waited a little bit, there was a lot of people there on a Monday at 8:30am. I was finally called to be evaluated. I ended up getting together with Dr. Jordan Walters and proceeded to make quick plans for surgery that same week. This was my first surgery ever and I was very curious about the entire process of everyone's jobs so everyone was pretty nice to talk to about what was going to happen. I had my surgery at their older TOC building with physical therapy on the left side and the surgeries taking place on the right side. Overall, I'm one week post op recovering now and already have my leg at 40% ROM with no pain. This is definitely an experience.

Dr. Nickerson was completely unprofessional and rude and got into my face and told me to "stop with my comments". I responded that he has trouble with communication. Her response was that she has a son and boys can communicate just fine. This is not a comparison of her child who I have never met. Nor does this have anything to do with gender. As a parent I have the right to ask questions and help my son communicate his needs. I also need to mention that she initially refused to check his vision claiming there is a 2 year expiration on his glasses prescription. It was an eye appointment and we were there to determine if his vision had changed. I had to push her into checking his vision which is unbelievable considering she was billing our insurance for the eye vision check.

She said they hold appointments for an hour even if you're not here. Then she tells a guy when he walked him they're extremely busy and he should go to TMH urgent care. (What)?? Then she tells a customer they may not take his insurance without knowing if that was the case so he could leave. The problem is I have the same insurance that was previously accepted. I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building.
