She tends to think that she can lecture patients and she's very short. Disrespectful and argumentative. I find she's very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed in her. I'm fine with Kristen I would see her anytime but I cannot tolerate the rudeness with which I was treated not only this time but several times by her assistant. Someone needs to talk to her this woman has an attitude. I left there so upset and we are patients in pain and the last thing we need is some rude assistant lecturing patients. I don't even know if she is a nurse but it doesn't matter being nasty to patients is not in her job description or maybe it is. I would recommend seeing Chris and but I would not recommend her assistant who only takes my blood pressure. He's absolutely no people skills and is just a nasty person. I hope someone reads this and she changes her attitude . And since I only see Kristen and never see doctor Roland Jones I would expect better treatment. He is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and patient with allowing us to ask questions and have them addressed! Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. I would recommend this office highly!

I wound up calling them and spoke to Teresa who was extremely kind and set me up easily with an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I saw Dr. Estupinan. He was a real professional and he made me feel at ease. I think this visit was fruitful. If in need of a neurologist, I definitely think you should try here first. I had tried another clinic based on another recommendation and they didn't take new patients. Tallahassee Neurological Clinic was my first recommendation, too, and silly me - I simply forgot about it until the other place said no to seeing me. Oh well.

I've seen turkey shoots that have a greater quantity of professionalism coordination and interaction with customers. I do not know if I was the first patient assigned to this so-called coordinator. But I do know my experience with her has been horrific. Communication is terrible... I have been strung along for no reason other than a lack of job knowledge Causing Constantly pushing my surgery time back because of their lack of communication with information written in black and white. That they have possessed from the beginning. If I did not already have 3 months and a pile of insurance charges for test. I would go somewhere else. So far my experience has not been good at all.. But when you only have one or two options in the area. It pretty much narrows it down to what you can or can't do. Kind of like dealing with the IRS. Damned if you do damned if you don't. Damned either way. Maybe one day in another 7 weeks I will get a surgery date. As I mentioned before I've been dealing with this since the middle of November 2025. Today's date is March 9th. 2026. Dealing with Dr durgan staff. Has not at all been a pleasure. But as long as they're getting their money. They don't care. You know the old saying apologies for no change? Well that's called manipulation. And they manipulate very very well.

Humana, if they don't like their reimbursement, they bill humana again.And again, therefore I get bills, months after surgery was finished in march of 2026. When I called the billing department today to complain about the girl at the desk, demanding that I pay a 20% coinsurance for a procedure that I have not even had yet or I could not be seen. I was forced to pay a random number forty three dollars and thirty five cents without even seeing the practitioner, which was a PA not a doctor. So today, I called to complain. Then, when I called the actual billing office about my surgery bills from March and wondering why I keep getting them? And they did not take into consideration the payment.I made the other day for$43.35 the woman named jackie M was so rude. Her tone was so disgusting. She talked over me every time I asked a question and she never did explain the bell or could not explain it because money was used for invoice. That just came out that I paid the other day at the desk for a cortisone injection!!! I'm sick and tired of dealing with these people.It's too bad, my surgeon practices there.

My issue is with the autobot that TOC uses to answer the phone. It is useless and never helpful. Trying to get a real person is a hassle. Pay attention, this is how AI will replace jobs but they don't get it. Nor does it leave a positive opinion of the facility. While the care is great, just be prepared for the AI run around if you have to call for any reason.

More so, I went there weeks after falling for the millionth time on the same blasted ankle. It is literally my Achilles heel. It was easier to see a specialist at this location than going to my PCP. Even more incredible is how quickly you are seen and how efficient they are! In my case, they did some exams and it was proven that I have no fractures this time around. Nevertheless given my history, I was sent to physical therapy and that's where I am now. It is a work in progress and all, but I'm happy to have gotten the attention I did at this location. I would 100% recommend and my only regret is that I did no go sooner.
