I was very nervous about having an adjustment, but Dr. Phillips was amazing. He's professional, kind, and caring. He explained everything thoroughly. With all of the packing and cleaning activities occurring prior to the drive, I knew I'd need an adjustment once we made the trek to Alabama from Connecticut. I had originally scheduled an appointment for the day after we arrived. However, I was eager to get in sooner to relieve my aches and pains and they accommodated me. I was on the table 2 hours after we rolled into town. I saw Dr. Garrett Hall. He went over my history going back to the 90's when the back & neck problems began. He took X-rays and then sent me into the therapy room where Hatton took over. She applied heat and then hooked my upper & lower back up to a tens unit. Once that was done, I was sent to a small waiting area in the therapy room. After waiting maybe 5 minutes, I was taken to the treatment room. Dr. Hall used a table that flexes down and stretched my back comfortably. During this process, Dr. Hall was hands' on feeling around on my back and finding the things that needed adjusting. He found them quickly. Before my adjustment, Dr. Hall talked to me about the types of adjusting he wanted do and asked if I was comfortable with that or if I preferred another way. I have neck issues and asked to have my neck adjusted with an activator. He was happy to oblige my request. I had some inflammation after the adjustment of course. I had things out of place for several days before I could get adjusted. My recovery time for feeling normal was much quicker than usual. Once everything settled down, in less than 24 hours after my appointment, I was 100% pain free for the first time in decades! And this was from my very first visit with Dr. Hall. If you are looking for a really good chiropractor to help with chronic back or neck pain, Dr. Garrett Hall is your man. He is personable and extremely knowledgeable. He also does adjustments and provides care for pregnant women. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and caring. They get to know their patients. One of the staff members was holding a patients' baby while she got adjusted during my last visit. Alicia gave me a good overview of the pricing structure here for self-pay patients like myself. The price won't go above $50 and is based off of how many regions of your body are adjusted during your visit. 1-2 regions $29 3-4 regions $38.50 5 regions $46.67 If you are ready to be free of back and/or neck pain, Dr. Garrett Hall is the man for the job! Your care is not limited to the back and neck. I sometimes need adjustments for my feet and knees. He takes care of those too. They have a very large parking lot and a spacious waiting room. The wait times are short. Dr. Hall has never made me feel rushed when I'm talking about anything that may have caused me to need an adjustment or throughout the time he is adjusting me.

Dr. Moore is an amazing chiropractor. I happen to be coming through town to see a friend of mine…read moreand mentioned to them I was having some issues. She recommended Dr. Moore. First and foremost just the fact he worked me in was a plus for me. Second, he nailed immediately my issue in my chest as being my ribs out. An issue that I had been given muscle relaxers for by my primary six months ago. Who knew your ribs were up in your chest. I left there and within an hour I felt better and it still feels great. He told me when I got back home to try to see a chiropractor that can manipulate ribs ( apparently not all chiropractor's manipulate ribs) and do so for a month and I should be good to go. So, for an issue that I have been having to treat with meds, ice and even X-rays , I feel was addressed better in a matter of five minutes. Added bonus of Dr. Moore is he is about the sweetest , compassionate male I have ever met. Truly a gentleman the entire visit. I have no doubt you will agree totally with everything I said if you choose him as your chiropractor. You won't be disappointed!

I have left positive reviews for this hospital so, I expected better. He was sent to a room while I was in the restroom and no one called me to let me know. I didn't find out until I asked. He was sent to a room because a patient in worse condition came in. No problem, just tell me. I gave them my number 3 times. I get to the room and 3 nurses are attacking him at once, not bothering to talk to either of us or explain what was going on. I am a nurse so I am my husband's advocate. I told them to just tell him what they are doing or need to do. One nurse just grabbed his pants and started to take them off with no warning. He grabbed them and said what are you doing with my pants. Then she said he had to remove them for a heart cath. He said no problem, how about a heads up before you start grabbing me. I have serous back problems. They said he would be having the surgery the next morning, so he said go home because they promised to call if he went to surgery before I got there the next morning. My husband called me that night to tell me he had the cath and they put a Stent in, no one told me anything!!!! I was livid! I can't tell you what was done because I don't know until I take him for his followup.
