Check in was simple, though I was called back 20-30 minutes after my appointment time, I found the staff to be very welcoming, kind, and efficient. Process of getting blood drawn went by quickly and I really appreciated that they showed me my blood samples with my name on them for confirmation. read more

There is no customer service to speak of. The waiting room is locked away from the bathrooms so god help you if you gotta pee while waiting. If they mess something up good luck there is no way to speak to them. They absolutely keep you from being able to communicate with them. Going to seek other labs out although it seems like they have a local monopoly. read more

I was there couple wks ago no appointment due to fasting and no appointments available ** but once I figured out the kiosk it went very well **nurse very friendly I had no issues and I hand carried my paperwork in ** I would recommend read more

Terrible. Appointments not prioritized. They know they suck because they post a message about being patient. Nobody went back on time. Terrible POS location read more

My best experience at Quest so far! I had an appt and it took 5 minutes for the whole visit! Friendly staff and fast service! Will definitely schedule appointments there next time! read more

Scheduling communication very poor. Site was closed for the day and we had a scheduled appointment. Drove 45 min to the facility to only be welcomed by signs on the door they were closed. Never received a cancellation or reschedule notice from them. read more

Provide access to a real person to check on status of Lab order arriving from Dr. twice I showed up after fasting to be told they had no copy of the Dr's lab order (needed to draw blood and perform test). Both times the Dr's office confirmed they faxed order to correct number. The second time I tried everything to reach a person at Quest to confirm they had received order. It was not possible to reach anyone who could help. Not surprisingly, the only actual person I could reach was in billing to make a payment. That person had no access to anything other than who owed Quest money. You can't drive to the location because they are all behind a locked door that only opens to let next lab patient back for the blood work. This is probably a fine place for employment drug testing but if you need actual medical lab work - I would not use Quest. (Panama City Beach) read more

Quest Diagnostics has a great system in place and excellent staff! Ms. Amy is amazing! She has excellent customer service and bedside manners! She took exceptional care of me! The appointment process is the best thing that has been implemented which allows folks not to spend all of their time in a waiting room! Thank you so much Ms. Amy for your time today! read more

Always congested and takes considerable time to be seen, even with an appointment. Wrong test performed for wrong doctor and their only question was if the order was sent electronically or by fax. I told them I had no clue and they said they had the order not completed but I needed to go back and get it done again. read more

My first visit to this location was a disaster. I received a text message to check in on my mobile device. I clicked the link which showed my name, the location, date and time. The only option on the screen was to cancel the appointment which I did not want to do. Nothing else was visible on the screen so I waited and kept checking the page on my phone. I clicked on the app one time after my appointment time and received a message that I arrived more than ten minutes late for my appointment and had to reschedule. No one is available to speak to at this location except behind a locked door and no phone number is available to talk with someone. The staff inside the locked door may be good but the quest check in app failed on my android phone. Unfortunately, this small town does not have any other options for lab work without going into Panama City. read more

This is the only Quest lab in Panama City here on Panama City Beach . The other office on Baldwin Road hasn't reopened since Hurricane Michael struck back in October. This office is located in the Lindell shopping center about on the middle of the property. If you are using your maps in your phone and coming here from Panama City , the maps tells you to turn on 30H but gets kinda confused. You actually have to make a left on Lyndell and go behind bank and backtrack to get to Quest. read more

By far best experience I've ever had for blood draw! This place is a machine; they have it down pat from making the appointment online which I highly recommend to checking in on the little machine once you get there. I never waited more than five minutes after check in! I have been there twice and I am petrified of needles, but the Phlebotomist who drew my blood, I never felt a thing!! These people know what they are doing! read more

100% bad experience every time I have been. Long wait to get in. Small, packed waiting room with no ability to talk with any Quest employee. Rooms dirty. You can never reach a human. read more

Super Efficient Check in by machine in the waiting area. Do make an appt, my nurse told me she has 150 blood draws a day...that's lot. Very friendly and in and out fast. read more

This place is worthless! Couldn't schedule an appointment for over a week out for a simple blood draw so I did the walk-in. They couldn't find the fax that was sent by my doctor's office 3 times. Waited for 2 hours and ended up having to drive all the way over to my doctor's office to get the piece of paper that was 40 min away and then had to wait some more on my return. Rude people work here and don't have their act together. Unprofessional. But this is typical health care in the US these days. The nurse that finally ended up drawing my blood was nice, but that was over three hours later... also, there's no receptionist, so you feel guilty trying to talk to anyone behind the locked door. read more

Rotten service from beginning to end. Only check in is by kiosk. I showed up on time for appointment, but despite 2 attempts the kiosk took all of my info, confirmed my appointment, took my DL and insurance cards, and then started spinning with the whirling wheel of death. Of course, there is NO HUMAN to talk to. So 20 minutes later when a human employee popped her head out the door to bellow for the next patient I asked her about my registration. She said that I wasn't registered. What a total waste of time. This is a patient facing business but it doesn't care enough about the patient to even have a receptionist on staff to check in patients, answer questions, etc. This is my second bad experience with Quest. It will be a cold day in Hell before I darken their doors again. read more

I've had my blood drawn for several years at various Quest Diagnostic locations and my experience today at the Panama City Beach Parkway location was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only was the lab tech unfriendly but she also yanked the needle out of my arm at an angle and very forceful causing me extreme pain and damage to my vein. I've put ice on it and it still looks bad and continues to be painful. I will not go back to this location and if I knew her name I would report her to head quarters. Do not go here! read more

Quest Diagnostics - My damaged arm where the needle was removed. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Panama City Beach, Florida

I set up this appointment almost 2 months ago showed up to Quest office they told me that they did not have the paperwork for the blood work called the doctors office they submitted it January 3 and it was sent but I cannot get my blood work done a complete waste of time they already make it hard enough by having to schedule appointment when advance read more

I was told by my doctor, his staff, and a family member that no appointment was needed, I could walk in and so I did. There was no human to talk with, only a kiosk. I scanned my driver's license and insurance card then was told by the kiosk that there were no appointments available for today and I had to schedule an appointment. There was only one person waiting and an employee came into the kiosk room and called a name but no one answered and I could see they were not busy. I scanned the stupid QR code then scheduled the first available morning appointment 6 days hence as mine is a fasting blood test, then I drove the 15 miles back home. A 30-mile round trip for nothing and I'll have to drive it again. When I returned home my family member told me that the message about no more appointments for the day always pops up and I should have ignored it and hit the "continue" button then I could have secured my spot in line and completed my blood draw after a short wait. Total B.S. idiotic system. read more

This placed should be closed and moved. Nurse was nice, but waiting area is too small and it is a bad location. If you are 60 and over and go the first hour, you can expect to stand elbow to elbow inside with lots of young people and kids, despite what the website says about "VIP" service for sick and elderly. Only five seats available inside, and the young people did not offer their chair to an older lady that could hardly stand. A pregnant girl also had to stand. You can elect to wait outside in the hot sun for a text; however there were dozens of people waiting outside, it was hot, and lots of foot traffic with no mask going to the other stores next door. Even after a text to come inside, I waited 10 minutes elbow to elbow inside for my name to be called. Also, if you make an appointment and arrive early, you must wait until your appointment time. I waited 40 minutes with an appointment. They allow walk-in people before elderly appointments. read more

The lab people are really nice but the process of getting checked in & sitting in the waiting room is horrible! Too few seats that are crammed right up next to each other so you feel like you're sitting in a strangers lap. There's no directions for the elderly when they walk in & expect to see a human being at a reception desk & are trying to figure out how to use the kiosks. Even with an appointment you end up waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Wish there were somewhere else in PCB that worked w/ my insurance so I wouldn't have to go here. read more

I made an appointment online. I was taken back in about 3 minutes. The woman that helped me was wonderful! Nice, friendly and professional. Great experience!!! read more

I am totally disappointed in this Quest Diagnostics. They are currently in Walmart. Location is ok so I guess you can shop while you wait to get your blood work but waiting 3 hours plus is a ridiculous amount of time to wait especially for a senior to go without food for that long! Terrible service will never go back!!!!! read more

Wonderful experience with Quest. I waked in and checked in. So easy. Sat down and was seen in about 2 minutes. I'm a hard stick usually but Jessica got it immediately. Best lab experience I have had in PCB. I would recommend Quest on the beach to anyone read more

Their page says appointments are given priority but thats not how it is in reality. After scheduling an appointment and showing up 15 minutes early I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for my appointment. I asked how that could happen when I had an appointment, did they schedule too many appointments? I was told there were so many walk-ins they didn't have staff to cover them, at which point I reminded them that appointments were to receive priority. They just kept repeating that they were under staffed. Another person who had the appointment before me said they were taking people back in the order they came in and disregarding the appointments.
