Received multiple text messages regarding appointment. Extremely helpful! When called the phlebotomist takes my orders and enters all pertinent information into their system. Their offices are very organized and clean! Nice when you think about what they are exposed to. I find them all so BRAVE!! I am grateful for their compassion when my labs are not able to be easily drawn. The butterfly comes out. Once done, I verify the vials have my name on them and say, "Thank You Very Much!" Quite frankly the worst experience of my life.... 1: Making an appointment through the automated phone line is almost impossible. 2: you are greeted by an iPad (Dissatisfied to say the least) 3: The stick is obviously unhappy in their work and has little or no time for pleasantrie. read more

Had a 10 am apt. for lab draws. Apparently so did the other 10 people in the waiting room. The waiting room has 2 kiosks for check in and a locked door to the back. No persons greeting or working the front. Although I checked in on the kiosk at 9:50 for my 10am apt, it said that I was late and would have to reschedule. This place is complete shit. Phlebotomist read the orders my doctor sent with me incorrectly. There were several other tests ordered that she simply did not do. I even told her I thought she needed to fill more vials bc it has always been that way in the past. She assured me she had done it correctly but when my results came back it showed they had only run one test. She did not do all of the tests on the order. Now I have to wait 3 weeks until they have another early morning opening since I have to be fasting. I will have to reschedule my doctors appt. Please teach your staff to read orders correctly. read more

Worst place ever!! 1st time the lady stuck me 5 times total on two different arms before giving up & letting someone else try. 2nd time (tried) going there I had an appointment & 15 minutes before the appt I get an automated call it's cancelled because they're closing early. Made new appt for next day, again automated call cancelling 10 minutes before appt time (I still showed up and people in waiting room were told not to open door for anyone). Made appt for 3rd day in a row & no surprise, automated call to cancel because they decided to close early. After that I went somewhere else and got right in. I will never go back read more

How do you schedule an appointment? The website says it has open appointments on the calendar because you can click on it. But after you pick one that is open and fill out all the other information, it says start over because the date and time are not available. So I call Florida Blue and had the agent help me get an appointment and they do a three way call and get the run around too. They couldn't get me an appointment either. It's funny in the way that Florida Blue got the run around but serious as a heart attack as negligent. read more

This place is awesome. I had an appointment yesterday and like an idiot I forgot to fast so, I had to rearrange my plans for today to make it up there again (I live about 15 miles away in Destin and have a very busy schedule). The lady told me to, obviously, fast, lol but to just come in to the back hallway and she would take care of me quick so I didn't have to wait all over again. Got there about 7:10am, went into the back hallway, mentioned to the phlebotomist, Paul, who noticed me, what was going on he said "no problem she'll be with you in a minute." Well, she was pretty busy as there was probably about 25+ people out in the waiting room so, Paul went ahead and took care of me about 1 1/2 minutes after sitting down. Very professional, very nice, and got me in and out of there and was back home within 30 minutes of me heading out there which I VERY much appreciate, especially since me having to come back was all my fault. I appreciate the consideration and kindness shown to me, this place is GREAT!! read more

Paul was very kind and had a gentle touch. He let me lie down rather than sit upright for my lab work and waited patiently try for me to be ok when I felt woozy. The faculty is rather plain and the parking is limited. The sign was hard to see from the parking lot I ended up doing a circle the first time around but the facility was clean and the staff was nice. I read the review here saying they had rude staff. I thought... Okay, maybe they won't be rude to me. I was wrong. They don't smile, and they don't seem like they like their job. The African American lady who was giving me directions was RUDE!!! I was confirming the directions she was stating- making sure I followed them correctly, but she was giving me smart ass replies. Example, I asked if she wanted the specimen placed at a certain area, she replied with "That's the only place you can put it." VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If their phone number here on Yelp was only correct, I would've called and talked to their manager about their employee's work ethics. Very very rude. read more

I was very very worried about going to this office because of all of the horrible reviews.. Every time I get blood drawn I faint or throw up and I didn't want someone with an attitude problem making it any worse for me.. BUUUUUT I still decided to go there since it's close to home .. ANNNNNNDDDDDDDDD.. It was wonderful, I was greeted by a very happy lady named Molly I think, or Kelly, but anyway, she was super friendly. I was in very quickly, when I arrived there were three others in the waiting room before me and about five more walked in after me, it took about 10 minutes for me to get back for my blood draw. When I got back there I told the lady that I usually get sick and she was very helpful. She kept me distracted talking about other things, and before I knew it it was over. I don't know if there is a new staff here, but judging by the most recent reviews before mine , something may have changed, in a good way. Thank you! read more

We had two appointment, my spouse and I and they couldn't find our lab orders . After fasting for more than 12 hours I was not a happy person!!! The tech asked me to call the doctor office and ask them to fax it to them. Where's the customer service? Also, Baptist is supposed to be able to see the orders but she did not even tried!!!!! read more

Unbelievably rude staff! I thought it may have just been a bad day but when I spoke with someone that had been there before they confirmed that the office is always rude. Made arrangements at LabCorp on Racetrack which proved infinitely better. read more

I would like to say that the staff at this location has changed. They are working very hard to repair their reputation. It is difficult to please everyone every time, but that is the goal. Procedures were not being followed correctly or in some cases not at all. Please give the location a chance to prove themselves. The correct hours are: Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:30, closed everyday for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00. Appointments are available and highly encouraged. read more
