Nikki got my vein on the first attempt! And she had butterflies in stock. Hooray! My experience here was very positive. Free parking, easy in/out, convenient location although it's oddly near a strip joint. Florida zoning for ya! It's in a strip mall immediately next to the Melting Pot restaurant. I booked a 7am appt. so it wouldn't interfere with my workday and so I wouldn't need to fast too long which brings us to another added plus. During scheduling there were plenty of appts. available - I had no shortage of appt. options. They told me they recently extended their hours and staffing so the efficiency I experienced (unlike other reviews) is perhaps bc of these improvements. I would/will def return here since blood labs are a fact of life. My husband also went recently later in the morning and he too had a very good experience, surprisingly so. They seem consistent!
