Came here for a blood draw at 7am. I had an appt. And didn't wait at all. Right after checking in I was brought back. You check in on a tablet. Nikki was very kind. She was also very good at phlebotomy! I'm a difficult stick - I don't know if there's truth in this statement but people have said my veins are rollers? They roll out of the way? and on occasion I've been sent home because at other locations, the phlebotomist couldn't find my vein or stuck me too many times unsuccessfully. Not here. Nikki got my vein on the first attempt! And she had butterflies in stock. Hooray! My experience here was very positive. Free parking, easy in/out, convenient location although it's oddly near a strip joint. Florida zoning for ya! It's in a strip mall immediately next to the Melting Pot restaurant. I booked a 7am appt. so it wouldn't interfere with my workday and so I wouldn't need to fast too long which brings us to another added plus. During scheduling there were plenty of appts. available - I had no shortage of appt. options. They told me they recently extended their hours and staffing so the efficiency I experienced (unlike other reviews) is perhaps bc of these improvements. I would/will def return here since blood labs are a fact of life. My husband also went recently later in the morning and he too had a very good experience, surprisingly so. They seem consistent! 5 star review initially has become a 0 star. Be careful!!! I paid over $700 for blood work- cash price for uninsured person. Over a month later got a bill for an additional $1140!! I understand now that Quest is notorious for the addition of charges. I'll never use the service again and interested in forming a class action. I think this has happened to a lot of people in our health care system. read more

Terrible service. I waited nearly two hours after my appointment time to be seen. My test should have taken ten minutes, meanwhile it took up a good portion of my afternoon. There is no communication between the staff and the patients in the waiting room. After waiting over an hour I got called back to be checked in and then was sent back to wait in the waiting room, then having people with appointments after me being called back. After waiting another half hour I was told I would be seen 'in a few minutes', which still took another half hour. I was stuck in the office while everything had to be written up manually because they had system troubles. I have been to other locations for the same test and was in and out in 15 minutes. I have to come here often and every time everyone here is very nice and it doesn't take long to go to the back whether you are a walk in or have an appointment. Everything is very clean and they are quick too. read more

My wife and I went to this place to get labs done. Appointments were at 8:00 and 8:30 respectively. Now, we are past our appointment time waiting. This place claims they are "short staffed" and can't take appointments due to that. Edit: This employee just told her coworker that she was going for a walk. She got back about thirty minutes later. We went today at 7:30 My husband needed a blood test done before his dentist appointment because he has cancer Needed to be done the same day . Shows up at 7:30 got and appointment for 10:10 they weee told that the results needed to be sent over ASAP . We were told they would be by 1:00 Not a problem The dentist appointment was changed to 1:00. They were told the results needed to be sent straight over So basically we were over waiting in PCola for 6 hours . I would give no stars if i was able. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, ever. Called multiple times, multiple days. I was able to make an appointment for myself online, but the system would not let me schedule my husband. I tried different days, hours. Called multiple times got the answering machine runaround. Went to Quest today. There's no one to help you in the lobby. Just some strange kiosk with a line up of old people attempting to figure it out. I registered for my appointment on the kiosk. My husband couldn't get an appointment for 2 hours. They never called me back.... We just went to Baptist and had our bloodwork done in a flash. Don't waste your time read more

0 stars!! In short, Quest Diagnostics is terrible. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TESTS TO GO HERE! They will inform you that they accept payments, cash your payments, and then still send you to collections with no communications and no assistance on the matter. Quest cashed my payment 10/12, then sent my account to collections just 8 days later. It is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME that patients just know to contact them to set a plan up (even though they already cashed my check, so things looked completely fine on my end and there was no reason to call). If it is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME I knew I was required to contact them, why is it not acceptable for me to have ASSUMED they had me on a payment plan since they had cashed my check? It is completely unacceptable that they double cross patients and someone needs held accountable. read more

The check in process was efficient as long as you had your documents ready. I made an apt ahead of time so I scanned my email, ID and then waited less than 2 minutes to be called back. Ms. Sandra was AMAZING. From the moment she got me she was kind, friendly, professional and competent. She put my mind at ease and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I had a lot of blood drawn and it didn't hurt one bit. It was truly a blessing to have Ms. Sandra this morning! read more

My first visit a week ago I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I waited over an hour and a half to be called back to have my labs collected. Once back there, the phlebotomist informed me that they would need to contact the office for further information on which labs they wanted even though I had a physical order in my hand. I also had another order for a standing lab to be drawn each week. Ultimately 30 min later I was able to get all the labs drawn. Fast forward to a week later, I arrive on time for my appointment. Wait 20 min past my appointment time and when I get called to the back they ask for an order. I explain that I brought it last week (my only copy) and that they scanned it and kept it. She informs me that they need me to get another order. Thank goodness I took a picture the previous week of both lab orders just in case. I email it over and they ask me to wait again in another room while it comes across so they can help the next patient. If did come across but she states she isn't going to put it in the computer as a standing order. Instead she prints out a copy of my photo and says to bring it in next week. Also, I tried to get my name corrected last week (recently married) but they didn't do it. I tried today so next week we will see. Expect a extremely long wait and schedule in advance. read more

Staff was rude and unwilling to see patients who were already there. Instead they insisted on only seeing patients with appointments, even though they were late for their appointments. Poor management!!! read more

Go there every time I need blood work. You must make appointment ahead or you will have to wait. Staff is friendly. I have only had one time that my order was messed up but it was corrected promptly. Just remember to make an appointment. If you have to wait, it's your own fault. read more

The check-in process was very impersonal. You check-in at a kiosk and no one greets you or acknowledges that you are there. I did check in on my phone as well. The waiting room was not clean. The carpet was stained, the chairs were stained and dirty, there were dead bugs and roaches in the corners. The place looked like it had not been vacuumed or dusted in weeks. Very unsanitary considering we are in the age of COVID. The WAIT was RIDICULOUS. I had an appointment and waited patiently over 2 hours before I finally inquired politely if I'd been forgotten. I was told, "We're behind." No apology for the delay. The TV screen with how long you have to wait was not even close to accurate. It was off by over 45 minutes. I could hear the staff joking, laughing, and having non-work related conversations all the way in the waiting room. They were talking about their kids, and school. We heard it all. I get it. Work should be relaxed and fun, but everyone in the waiting room was frustrated and hearing laughing and joking by the staff when they are running 2 hours behind can be upsetting. It seemed like people who complained and started a fuss got seen faster than the ones who were patient. I will switch to LabCorps in the future. There was no one at the front desk and lab request orders just laid out for anyone to see. That is a HIPPA violation read more
