I went in for a pre-employment drug screening on June 10th. The person who did my screening, Krystal, was very kind and had me in and out of there quickly. It is safe to say my pre-employment drug screening on June 10th went great! read more

Total absolute shitshow from start to finish. Phones don't work. Employees have no clue. Process is a circus. read more

Outstanding staff! I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I was in and out in a timely fashion and the staff was highly professional AND very friendly and personable! read more

The employees there are awful. They don't listen and they are not respectful at all. If you are a walk in Even around forty five minutes before close they look at you like you shouldn't even be there. read more

Why do you bother taking appointments when people who walked in have priority?! And then they don't even call you in order. 4 people who came in after me got called up! The main lobby needs to be mopped. The waiting area isn't clean read more

Terrible experience. I arrived early, checked in, and waited. When it became apparent that they were not calling on me, I asked the desk what's going on. The woman said that I didn't check in. I showed her the confirmation check in. She then said that I didn't have an appointment. Showed her again on my phone. She was completely rude. Told me the "system" doesn't always work. No apology, no "let's get you in next." Put me at the back of the waiting line, but mysteriously found my appointment and lab orders in her system. Two hours and treated rudely. Never again. If I hadn't prepaid, I'd have left read more

Best place I've gotten labs at here in Pensacola. Everything went smoothly and the staff were very accommodating

Waited 25 min for a person to actually ask a question too. The phone line says they close at 4 and at 3pm phone line says they are closed. No bell to get anyone attention to just ask a logistics question to see if the DR finally faxed the order in. Horrible waste of time. Third time to try to get labs drawn in 2 weeks. Once the representative appeared from the back she was very helpful and the tech was nice and friendly and professional. Maybe the managers should have a way to tell if someone is at the desk. The care was good once they knew you were there read more

Quick, in and out in 15 minutes, drug testing for a new job. Friendly and professional staff

This place should get a negative rating for their customer service. Rude and condescending. Sat for over two hours before they explained that an appointment was needed. The two women that work the front desk on Friday morning should get jobs picking up trash. With their attitudes they should not be in the medical profession. I recommend going anywhere else other than this place for any service. read more

Get ready for the strangest experience of your life. you walk in no one will talk to you. you will finally realize to check in through the computer by yourself. you get zero information when they are ready for you. No text or anything.. you try to ask a quick question and they just barely look at you through the glass ... the lights are sad, the chairs are sad the people in there waiting are sad.. this is the saddest place that has ever been created ... please save yourself and go anywhere else but here! read more

At least they're consistent. Always super late for your appointment- at least 30 minutes, Always nasty employees- they must really hate their jobs. Always a packed waiting room. Sign on the door says max of 10 people but I counted 18, not all wearing masks either. The place just doesn't feel clean. read more

Under staffed. I did not speak to someone for 15 to 20 minutes. After I had already checked in on a kiosk. After person confirmed lab order told it would be a few minutes. Not true. They should say you need an appointment. read more

Excellent service! Best I've ever experienced at a lab! Friendly, fast and efficient! From the sweet lady at the front desk to the sweet lady who did my blood draw! Very impressed! read more

I've been using the LabCorp 12th Avenue location for the past few years and have always found the techs/phlebotomists to be above average. The facility is clean and quiet, and I rarely have to wait to be seen. They have been quite understanding of my disabled adult child's need to come to my appointments and her fear of having blood drawn. read more

I got in and out in fifteen minutes, even though I had like 17 different tests ordered. The staff was professional and pleasant. I got there ten minutes before my appointment, and they saw me as soon as I checked in. read more

Horrible customer service. First and last time visiting. I will pay out of pocket or change insurance plans to go to Quest before I step a foot back into this organization. Lady at the window with glasses spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone. It's plenty of positions available in your scope honey if you dislike your current position. read more

I observed the staff to be both professional and kind. Masks were worn and social distancing was maintained. The office was clean. Cathy Burke obtained my blood specimen without causing pain. She is an excellent phlebotomist. I arrived early in the morning and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend the Lab Corp on 12th Ave in Pensacola.
