He is not at all arrogant or condescending, as many physicians tend to be. If you or a family member has a problem with an allergy or asthma, he is definitely the professional for you. He diagnosed a life-threatening problem in me that was not even in his specialty area! I was a Psychologist in the Army for several years and met many MDs who were both brilliant and master caregivers. Since being out of the Service, I have found this to be a rare combination. EDIT Today August…read more17th, 29 days after my surgery, I received a call from this office. I did not answer so I am unsure the reason for the call. I assume it's to check up on the well being of a patient after having surgery. Too little too late in my opinion. Especially since I did have complications in connection with the surgery and the care before surgery by Dr Nunnally and his staff, but I did not feel welcomed to go to this office for help because of the above review. Thankfully like stated above, I have a new doctor that prescribed a new medication for my complication. --------------- Dr. Nunnally and his staff were unprofessional from start to finish. (Staff at SAMC were fantastic). I was scheduled for a tonsillectomy which turned into a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. I did not find out that my adenoids would be removed until I was in pre op, 5 minutes before being wheeled into the operating room. I was given incorrect information for medication dosages due to me breast-feeding which left me in more pain than necessary. I was told I needed to choose between breast-feeding and pain, which is incorrect. I was also told by the nurse that they don't do follow-ups because there's no point in me coming all the way in just to shine a light down my throat but that they would call 2 weeks later to check on me. I am 3 weeks post op and have received no such call. I ended up finding a new doctor to do my follow up and I couldn't be more happy. Would not recommend this doctor.

At this writing (5/28/26) we are still trying to get a referral to see a cardiologist. He has been back to Fairview several times and each time has requested the referral. He and myself have called repeatedly and messaged on MyChart and called our Insurance company to see if a referral number has been requested or issued and it hasn't. My husband's heart rate has been under 50 since being discharged from hospital and his care team has been notified numerous times but nothing. This is a non-caring health team and I would not recommend them to anyone, even if I didn't like the person. I was promised that someone would give me a call before they left the office today and help me understand what is happening. But this also did not happen. If you care about your loved on or yourself you best not be a patient of this care team.

No return call. 1 day shy of waiting 6 weeks I have to call again and both receptionists lie to me about what's taking so long since they were clueless. 6 weeks to the day the office manager informs me after contacting the outsourced lab my child's orthotics are indeed lost and have been lost since LAST MONTH. My child now has to wait for a new patient appointment at a different Podiatrist and for their turn around time for orthotics. I started this February 2022 and now my child won't have them until at least May 2022. This entire situation is unprofessional, clearly the office needs to be retrained and develop a better tracking system so their patients aren't bringing lost products to their attention.
