Absolutely horrible place!!!! Everything about this place is inadequate! Front desk is full of stupid, ignorant, uneducated people. There is absolutely NO WAY that any of these persons can have a High School diploma! No tact, no people skills and completley ignorant about medical practices and simple english. They are concerned about you. if you do not use them as your primary, don't give bad reviews when you have to wait to be seen!!!! At least they are willing to see you!!. It's not their fault that your insurance requires a referral each time. My primecary care physician is at Primecare and with my insurance I have to get a referral to be seen elsewhere. I called a spoke with someone for a referral (they had 3 days to send it in to the Doctors I went to) they DID NOT SEND IT IN therefore my insurance will not cover the bill!!!! I called and spoke with MULTIPLE people about it and they will not help me and continuously argue with me WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DIDNT DO THEIR PART. I called for the referral and it is not my fault THEY did not do it. So now I'm stuck with a bill because of their negligence! read more

This is not the place to get a D.O.T. physical. They lost paperwork and would not return phone calls. The worst service for a healthcare establishment I have ever visited. If you leave without your D.O.T. card in hand and have to bring back other documents from another doctor they will require you pay again and re-take the physical even if you passed the first time. Do not leave paperwork with just anyone and if you do make sure you get a name. read more

My daughter and granddaughter seen Ashley King in the doctor 3/12/18. Doctors visit was great but when it came to getting my daughters medicine they had not called it in. Called office on Monday evening and they said the doctor was not finished with chart. Tuesday we called 4 times to get my daughters medicine because she fell down some stairs and needed muscle relaxer medicine. Today is Wednesday and my daughter has suffered 3 days with no medicine because of lack of communication at doctors office. Doctor made simple mistake and didn't put it in the chart after asking her which muscle relaxer she wanted. How long does a patient have to suffer from a simple mistake? How do you solve this problem when management won't answer their phone. I am from HEADLAND, ALABAMA. read more

About the best I've found in the area. They do take care of you and get you in fairly quickly. I have once or twice waited for up to 20 minutes when they had a heavy workload. I've never liked Nurse Practitioners in the past. Always...always!...preferred an actual doctor with a degree. Too many ARNPs think that I need a battery of tests for something simple (i.e. sinus infection) or act as if they're burned out. However, Valerie is THE BEST i've ever had. Her jovial, perky attitude and great social skills just makes the appointment a joy to go to. She's also patient and listens intently to your problems. I sure hope she stays around. It's getting real hard to find a quality primary care practitioner. read more

Quickly taken back to a room, and shown excellent care by all the staff. Especially dr. Krista! I will never go to another walk in clinic, I will always go to prime care! My son visited Primecare and upon completion of his visit, they were to call him in a prescription which they failed to do so. He called and they apologized for not doing it said they would call it in immediately. He went to pick up the prescription the next day and the prescription STILL wasn't there, pharmacy indicated they had received nothing. Furthermore, they have an assinine policy that the doctor on call on the weekends WILL NOT phone in prescriptions, so what the hell is he on call for? read more

This is my go-to place. This past week we have been here 3 times for a strep outbreak in our home. I like to go at 6:15pm as a walk in since they close at 7pm during the week. We are in and out in just under an hour. Can't beat it! They send your scripts via email to the pharmacy of your choice, so when you get there they are usually ready for pick up. I recommend Dr. Krista if you are making an appt. He is thorough and very nice. read more

I had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes just for the walk in. I asked when will I be called and she said next yet ten other walk ins were called before me. They couldn't find my vein to draw blood from so they had to stick the needle in me four times I would only suggest this place for check ups if your actually sick don't come here read more
