I made an appointment and checked in online. Did all of my "paper work" online. Which, as a person with a brain injury, there has to be an alternative to this online screen time business. When I got to the practice, I checked in again, and my wait time per the "computer"was 25mins after my "appointment ". However I was seen pretty quick. The nurse took a solid history, asked all the questions I would expect, and was kind. I saw NP Sarah. She was very thorough and thoughtful. Ran the tests. Wrote me a script and told me what to expect. The whole care team here, really cares. I appreciated that on a day, where I feel totally crummy. I'd never recommend getting sick while away from home, but if you do, I feel like this crew will take care of you and get you back to "normal" as soon as possible.
