If there were a 6th star, I'd give that to Pawnee. I have been going to Healing Waters for a little over two years now and always feel nurtured, amazing and "light" as I leave. Pawnee uses the finest natural ingredients for her baths, keeps her place super clean, is knowledgeable about so much and, most incredibly, puts her clients schedule first, if she can. She aims to please! I do special detox protocols about 2 times/year, which includes the colon hydrotherapy on my last (fasting) day. Pawnee worked with her schedule to accommodate my needs to have the session on a particular day. Most recently, I took my 80 year old Aunt in to do an ionic foot bath. DO NOT GO HERE!! I went for a mineral bath and mud therapy and I ended up feeling terrible the rest of the day! She uses synthetic fragrances in the bath and in the mud! When I told her I couldn't take the bath because of the strong perfume from the poor quality products, she argued with me about it and still expected me to pay for it!! She claimed to be offering healing, detoxifying therapies, but they just made me more sick! She literally had NO idea what was in the products that she was using. Very concerning and disappointing! Super weird experience. I called and inquired about massage therapy, and I was told that they outsource it to other people. Without much explanation she just jumped right into her spiel, and didn't really explain what was happening... Really strange. Then she says she'll forward my information based on the card that she just made up to someone else and begins to call me by name. I get that you see me on caller ID, and my name and phone number automatically appear, but it really would be a lot more professional and not creepy if you address me personally LOL. And second, it would really be nice if you were to explain why your outsourcing this information instead of me contacting someone directly. And that's it have a nice day? I was hesitant to do a colonic, but I went to Healing Waters Wellness Center and Pawnee, my therapist, was so caring, so understanding of my fear and she really took the time to explain what was going on in my body. The session began with an infrared sauna for 30-minutes, then, wrapped in a plush white robe, you go into the colonic room. It is sanitary, easy and your privacy is never compromised. Pawnee gave me an extra acidophilus treatment and I felt great after. After the colonic session, I was able to take a quick shower and was given a nice refreshing recovery drink before I left.
