I want to say first that the staff is very lovely. With that being said, the 'spa' is located on a…read morevery busy street. You hear traffic loudly. While getting a massage it makes it challenging to relax. As did listening to a leaf blower being operated outside my room for the last 30 minutes of my massage. I also was not massaged for the full minutes paid for. Again, I very much liked all of the staff, however, it does not give the spa vibe I'm used to. Quiet, zen, relaxing.
