Jen has created a true oasis of peace, you can feel the change in atmosphere from the moment you walk in! We're talking clean, private rooms, soundproofing, warmed tables, soft linens, and a menu of massage styles from Swedish to deep-tissue/trigger point/prenatal, etc. that you can customize. Proper self-care is so important for recovering and maintaining health, so I bought a package, which gives you the best deal in town. This is THE place in Redding for true relaxation in a peaceful and professional atmosphere when I just want to rest and make progress on my self-care. Each masseuse is excellent at learning your needs for the particular session and then delivering a professional massage that leaves you feeling nurtured and rested. I have chronic neck injuries and each of the masseuses have wonderful and different ways to help relieve the stubborn knots. It's done wonders for my productivity! After one year I didn't need the package anymore, that's how effective their sincere and professional massages have helped me. The extra credits remain on your account and you can just go in for maintenance as needed. If you suffer from chronic pain and need to stay ahead of it this is the place you want! Prices are more than reasonable for what you get (a true healing experience in a safe and professional environment), especially if you get a package. I usually prefer women to work on me but each masseuse here is so trustworthy and godly that I felt comfortable to have Dominick be my masseuse too. He's a gem! It's rare that the best spa in town also provides the best value, but this is it! You'll be spoiled for any other place in town after coming here! It truly has been a sanctuary for true rest and recovery for me! Thanks Jen and team! Keep up the great work!

On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D
