The neck and lower back work was amazing. She even asked about my lower back and hit the part of my glutes that relieved my sciatic nerve while stretching me to relieve some of my lower back pain. She was able to get me in same day later in the evening on a Sunday! I will be booking again soon. $80 for 60 minutes

On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D

I've struggled to find a good deep tissue massage in Redding, most are very expensive and not what I would consider "deep" justifying the extra cost. I found Kristen via Yelp and booked because of her good reviews. She is amazing! She not only went deep enough, but was able to easily identify problem areas to work on and make recommendations for how to get back into alignment. The first time I visited I was able to stick to back and shoulders, the next time I did a full body massage and felt better the next day. I will definitely be back!

It became so overwhelming that I desperately searched for a therapist in the area and found this place. I have worked with massage therapists my whole life so I'm familiar with different techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial, lymphatic drainage, etc. I will say I was COMPLETELY taken by surprise. Whitney has a calm and gentle energy. She is also very familiar with the body and has a precise and conscious touch to her technique. This was not just a routine massage. You can feel her tuning in to specific trouble spots. It was a healing experience for sure and at the end I felt that much more connected to my body. I'm tempted to take off one star just because it's such a shame she's not in my area!
