This place is amazing! I strained my hip and shoulders twerking to Backstreet Boys Concert in Las Vegas. On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here. read more

I booked a massage as a follow up to a chiropractic appointment for crippling back pain. I was unable to work my physically-demanding job, the pain was so bad. After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D read more

Excellent! I had been to the chiropractor but really needed this extra work on my muscles to release tension and pain. Naree was recommended and now I know why. I had a 90-min deep tissue massage from Tiffany and it could not have been more worth it! I immediately felt better, and slept through the night with a quiet body. Tiffany was mindful and kind. The experience was one of the best I've ever experienced and I will definitely return. read more

We were traveling and happened to stop by this massage salon. The massage was absolutely amazing -- truly outstanding. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. They did a fantastic job on me, worked through my whole body perfectly, and my wife had an excellent massage as well. We left feeling completely refreshed and full of new energy. Huge thanks to Naree . Simply an incredible massage. read more

This was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I almost never write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. It was incredibly personalized, thoughtful, and deeply mindful. The therapist truly understood my body -Sapha knew exactly how to release tension without ever crossing into too much pain (good pain only! ) I felt completely safe, listened to, and taken care of throughout the entire session. It was also my first time trying a deep tissue therapeutic massage, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. If you've ever been curious but hesitant - this is the place to go. Beyond her skill, she brings such a beautiful, grounded energy into the space. You can feel her passion, her knowledge, and her genuine care for what she does. It creates a truly safe and calming environment. I also came in last minute, and she still found a way to accommodate me - which I'm incredibly grateful for. An amazing experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back, and I recommend it to anyone without hesitation. read more

Saphra is very skilled. She knew exactly where I was hurting without me having to tell her. She could feel which muscles were tight and worked those areas without too much pain. I will definitely return. If I was in the area more often I go back to her. read more

Always come here when I visit Redding. I used to come regularly when I lived here. Sapha and Tiffany really have a great feel for the body. Strong pressure, traditional thai massage, and cater to injuries. Absolutely top notch read more

Prutsapha is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and an expert at Thai massage crossed with Swedish. The office is a calming environment. She has worked me in on just an hour or two notice when I have been in terrible condition. I have dystonia, which is abnormal muscle spasms. There is another woman whose name I cannot recall, but she too is excellent and when it comes to locked muscles at the base of my head she relieves them. After I found them, I have not gone to another massage therapist. read more

I had my first Thai massage today with Sapha and I literally want to scream from the rooftop to let everyone know they need to try this! I've had some amazing massages, but this was incredible. I suffer from chronic pain from muscle tension and she knew exactly what she needed to do to help those areas. At the end of the 90 minutes, I could already feel my tight muscles loosen up a lot! Sapha is very personable and caring, the entire experience was phenomenal and I can't recommend coming here enough!! read more

The worst massage ever! The place smells like dirty feet and farts!! She charged mw 70 dollars for 30 mins, which was worth any of it. I left early do to it being so horrible. Should have trusted my instincts and left. Cant wait to get home and was off this smell. Don't recommend at all read more

I had a Thai massage today at Naree Massage and Spa and it was spectacular! Sapha was professional, kind and found all kinds of sore spots I never knew were on my body. I'm delighted to write this review for Sapha and her trainee at Naree Massage & Spa. This was my first visit. I scheduled an appointment to address some sciatic nerve and neck pain. A Q&A session with Sapha during the intake process gave her some context for the visit -- I advise you to be as detailed as you can be during this phase so she can formulate a good plan for your visit. And formulate a good plan she will... Don't expect a common massage or a novice. Sapha put on a 90 min massage masterclass for sciatic nerve pain. Let me tell you, never before have I had a masseuse exert pressure on my body the way she did for this condition. The techniques she used on me were remarkable. Another remarkable observation: she's an excellent educator. We discussed some of the anatomy relevant to my pain and I feel like I have a better understanding of what I can do to address the sciatic pain between sessions. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment! I surely will. Self-care is important, but having a competent and enthusiastic person assist you is key. read more

Best massage I've had in a while. I'm 8months pregnant and knowing that she was really gentle with me but did Thai technique that helped alleviate my lower back pain and hip problem. I'm so impressed! Definitely going back for sure :) read more

I called several places in the area looking to get my husband and myself in for a massage next day on Mother's Day weekend, everywhere was booked full. I happened to find Naree Massage and Spa while browsing on Yelp and decided to give them a call. They were able to fit us in the next morning and were very kind and gracious. They gave great detail and direction in booking the appointment, and what to expect as a first timer getting a massage. I was a little nervous being a first timer and also be a plus sized person, but Sapha and Tida were so kind and reassuring. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and Sapha checked in with me to make sure of it through the whole massage. The massage was great, I will recommend family and friends in the future. read more

We called so many massage places and almost no one picked up! Sapha did pick, set our appointment for the same day and my husband and I are so grateful! We both got full body massages and they were amazing. It wasn't a soft massage like the Swedish ones I'm used to. It was deep and involved stretches and hurt a bit but it pays off in the long run. And the BEST most unique part was the cracking sound from the back and neck. Usually you'd have to pay money to a Chiropractor to crack your back and neck. But Sapha is licensed and has been massaging for almost 2 decades so she is capable of doing that safely. It releases all the pent up stress. Place was clean, Sapha was very sweet. Loved my experience. Recommend 10/10. read more

I very rarely ever get headaches, much less migraines; but i somehow had a roaring one for about 15 hours -- until I got a massage at Narre Massage. It was a bit of a risk because I had never been there before; but the other places I was interested in going either weren't answering the phone or were booked too far out. As it turns out, I was in very capable hands. Sapha took the time to understand what I needed, and regularly checked in to make sure she had the right pressure etc. Very professional, skilled, and caring. My only regret is i should have gotten the 90 minute instead of the 60, but even with the 60 she managed to make my migraine vanish!! Will definitely be back! (PS: she just moved to a new location -- right next to Redding Disc Golf -- and as of this writing she is still waiting on signs for the business, but don't let that deter you, she's there!) read more

They were kind enough to take us in last minute. They were nice and friendly, however, the staff lacks much knowledge and ability in massaging. Sapha, the regular masseuse, (as we were informed AFTER making the appointment and mid-session) was not there. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I went together, as we are here for a weekend getaway. This was my friends first time getting a massage and she requested multiple times for the Chinese lady to be softer. She would soften for a minute and then continue to be harsher. I've had multiple deep tissue massages before and was able to bear through the pain. My session was with the Thai lady. We got back home and we BOTH had visible YELLOW-BROWNISH bruises on our backs. Never have I ever had bruises from a massage session. We paid $80 per session, and pretty much paid for bruises. It might not be fair for me to judge this place based off of the unskilled employees but this shows to be an unreliable place. read more

I am a 59 year old male triathlete from Columbus, OH. I am here in Redding to attend a conference at Bethel Church. I have been getting massages for over 35 YEARS. This was, by far, the best massage I have EVER received! Sapha is a true THERAPEUTIC massage PROFESSIONAL, from beginning to end, and has truly honed her craft. I missed my weekly massage back home before I left. So, I was really in a lot of pain when I gave Sapha a call. Neck, back, legs, you name it...it was hurting. I had booked a 60 minute appointment for $70 when we started. I ended up adding an additional 1/2 hour, twice! NEVER have I paid for a two hour massage, but I did with Sapha. Folks, she is just that good. I plan on returning once a week while here in Redding for the month of Aug. 2021. If you are looking to get some serious pain relief, look no further. Sapha's your girl! Be blessed and pain free! David Columbus, OH read more

Amazing and exhilarating experience. Sapha is an absolutely brilliant massage therapist . Relaxing , respectful and above all Sapha made this experience for me unforgettable. Having this be my first professional massage appointment, I didn't know much about anything at all . My back had been hurting alot from overworking at my new position at work and I had a customer refer to me Naree massage , a place that they had said had changed their life. Boy , were they right ! It was easy and painless to call up or text Naree Massage and Spa to schedule and appointment. Sapha is very personable and great at what she does and how she does it . I had requested a strong amount of pressure to be put into my massage as to really get into my muscles and having a heavy input for me is essential to a relaxing time. Sapha made sure to check in at times where the pressure seemed to get more intense , to see if I was comfortable and alright. Everything ran so smoothly and so respectfully. We were able to chat and converse throughout the massage . Great milti-tasker! I simply have nothing to worry about when I'm in Sapha's care . Excellent job. Excellent service . Excellent price. Thank you Naree massage and Spa ! I will be back ! read more

Naree was AMAZING. I normally go to another outfit in town, but she is now my #1 spot. Normally, I get a massage to treat the knots in my back and my lower back pain. Sapha made me feel welcomed and safe in her salon. She was incredible - she gave a massage but also treated the source of the issue. 110% recommend her if you have issues that you would like to be treated, not just addressed. read more

I found Narre Massage and Spa from an online search when I needed a last minute massage due to muscle spasms in my low back and sciatica to my right leg. I had been adjusted by my chiropractor with little relief the day before. It was a Saturday and I had little hope of finding one that day. Sapha was AMAZING to say the least. She is petit, yet strong, and uses techniques that vary depending on the need. She used a large table and stood on it during part of it to use the most effective position. My massage consisted of Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai techniques. I have a history of neck injury in 2010, and have had much body work done. She is one of the best therapists I have ever had. I will be returning. read more

This is one of the best massages of my life. Very traditional thai, and Safa knew exactly where to press, how much pressure and how to relax me. Safa has a healing touch, will definitely come again. Wonderful read more

Very unique message experience, but it always is exactly what a need. Safa is a very experienced massage therapist who knows how to "dance" with the body and tailor the massage to how your body feels and responds, which means that your are getting a massage curated specifically to your body. If you have never had a Thai massage, then you are in for a very integrated adventure (she uses her knees to reach deep areas of the body). I always feel so refreshed and like my body has been reset after a massage here. Thank you so much Safa! read more

Sapha is a gem! Cute as can be and great massage. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. BUT this is not a Swedish relaxing massage. It is definitely deep tissue! If you want a Swedish this isn't your place. This is for the sore muscles and knots. I love it! read more

Sapha and her staff are absolute healers! My Aunt, Uncle and I requested for a last minute appointment and they were kind enough to take us and extend their closing time for our benefit. It is by far one of the best massages I have had. She is extremely passionate about healing people and combines her heart, thoughts and handwork to do so. I cannot recommend her more to anyone who wants to feel great in their own bodies! She also had a discount going on making it cheaper than it was. She is very gifted indeed! read more

I had an excellent first-time massage from Sapha today. She did a fantastic job focusing on relieving my stress, shoulder tension and headaches. She was extremely in tune with my body's response to the pressure and made sure it wasn't too much for me to handle. I love this lady and have already recommended my mom get a massage from her. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Thank you, Sapha!! See you again soon. read more

I have had regular massages for years. It can be hard to find a massage therapist that really understands how to help heal the body. I am so grateful to have found this place on Yelp. Sapha is truly gifted. She is professional, kind, and she understands exactly how to unwind the knots with stretching and massage. She is extremely detailed too. Her place is very clean and she wears a mask during the treatment; complying with COVID-19 guidelines. My only recommendation is that you book 90min or longer.
