As a family who "spas" Shasta Strong was a happy surprise. My facial and massage was equal to one's I've received at 5* hotels in the U.S. and Carribean resorts. The rooms were well designed with heated massage tables sized for real people. The ambience was great. My group was offered champagne and other hydration options and encouraged to partake of the sauna and steam room. Sadly the casino controlled hot tub was out of order. The facility is beautifully designed and spotless. Lastly they were extremely accommodating to my special needs neice so she could enjoy the experience also. I was pleasantly surprised by this spa. Massage was great! Robes were soft and cozy. This place has all the ingredients for a fantastic experience. The changing room has a steam room. Why not 5 stars you ask? Down sides: walking through the casino parking lot. There's not a lot that can be done about it. It was skeevy. Noise carries. The relaxation room was not relaxing. Hearing people talk loudly "like when..." , "like you know" also, clients leave their stuff around (!) wine glasses here, dirty robe there.... Maybe you can over look this stuff. I plan to go again. I've had a few massages and this by far is the BEST massage I've had! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Jordan was also incredible. She was friendly and very professional. For my first massage, I needed my back and neck worked on. She hit all the spots that were sore and when I left, I felt incredible. My massage was the worst I've ever had and I've had a lot! I felt like I was not massaged but a lot of pinching, not massaging! Lights were on bright instead of relaxing and she kept running into equipment/laundry basket in the room! I hope you have better trained Therapist! read more

Jordan did an excellent massage on my partner, he's a big strong dude with lots of muscle and he was very pleased with her ability to really get into his muscle tissue and release some nagging muscle impingements he's been having, he couldn't stop talking about how thorough and amazing it felt. I get massages with Jordan all the time when she told me that she added a Ashiatsu to her menu I was hesitant to try it because well feet. And Like most my worry was well the FEET Touching my body.. Well let me tell you Jordan can rub her feet on me anytime!!! It was such an amazing experience, i didn't even feel like it was her feet touching me. My husband and I had been wanting a massage. I started following this new business recently and the owner seemed great on IG. I called yesterday and booked two massages for today. I showed up first to mine and was greeted politely. The masseuse took me back in a timely manner. During the massage I could hear conversations going on outside of my room I'm assuming in the lobby area which was kind of annoying. I noticed the music in the massage room was louder than other places I've been to and it was really bright. I guess my personal preference is not a bright room and softer music. The masseuse was pretty good! Not the best but good for sure. I was considering rebooking because I really liked how nice and professional the masseuse was. When I got to the front desk to check out, the gal Natalie was cold and rude. I was shocked that a business (especially being new) had this person running the front desk. She left me speechless. Will not be back. It's unfortunate that one person can ruin the whole experience. read more

Jordan is incredible. I have neck and shoulder issues and she is the first masseuse who I've not only been able to tolerate working on me, but I actually enjoy and look forward to the sessions! She has helped me immensely the past few times I've gone in. She has been able to get knots and tension out that has been difficult to release, and due to that I've been able to sleep more at night.
