There's something about his technique that truly puts you in a deep state of relaxation. This elevates him to the level of an artist - he has a lighter touch than most Traditional Chinese reflexologists but still hits all the acupressure points with just the right amount of pressure. Mostly because he's very mindful about helping alleviate your tension, has a gentle spirit, a light touch and is very easygoing. Due to my neck injuries I've literally had regular massages every where I go, and I've had massages all over the world. Ken is my favorite foot reflexologist because he has a unique style and technique that is unlike the others - your run-of-the-mill reflexologist will go through the motions but they're not paying attention to how you're responding to the massage. Ken is attentive and has fluid hands with a soothing touch. Book a 1 hour foot massage, or better yet 90 minutes and you'll see why I followed him from one spa to the next. He's talented, humble, and won't talk your ear off. You go there to relax and you'll leave refreshed. He and his wife are genuinely nice. She not only went deep enough, but was able to easily identify problem areas to work on and make recommendations for how to get back into alignment. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands!
