My neck and back were so jacked up from sleeping wrong I needed a massage first thing before I went to work so I found this place on Yelp. They were very good at making my appointment and letting me know exactly how to find the location. My massage was very good, I forget the ladies name who did my massage, but she listened to my problem areas and tried to get in there to help (although I do wish she would have applied more pressure, even when I said get as deep as you can). Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a massage. read more

This is a woman-owned business which is really important to me. My husband and I had reserved individual massages, and, yet, Anastasia thoughtfully put us together to have a "couples" massage. Lucy and Maria were professional, and the massages we so very relaxing. The clinic is very clean and organized. read more

Healing Hands new space in the Latitude building is even better! I just got a massage from Cedtara, she really pays attention to details and made sure my experience was relaxing while getting all the soreness out from my last workout. There are no upcharges or extras, so I know that she is using all the techniques she has to help me feel my best. I am looking forward to my next massage at Healing Hands, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience. read more

After a long weekend of music and dance floors, Healing Hands deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. The soft music and essential oils, created the perfect atmosphere. Maria's skilled hands worked out the knots and tension from the parties, providing both relief and deep relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt renewed and calm and ready for my 6 hr flight back home! Healing Hands is a must-try for anyone looking to recover after a weekend of celebration or seeking a therapeutic escape from daily stress. Will be back! read more

I received the most amazing, thorough massage from Victoria. I really liked how she incorporated stretching, cold therapy, and hot stones to relieve tension in different areas I was experiencing pain. I was in agony for days and I got lucky with a last minute appointment due to a cancellation. She also checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage with the pressure & temperature levels. I can't wait for my next appointment! Mykayla at the front desk was also extremely warm & welcoming. Wonderful experience all around and highly recommend. read more

Absolutely fabulous. My husband and I were on vacation from WA. State and decided on a last minute massage as well are very sore from a week of adventures. Anastasia and Ella were fantastic and we walked out of there feeling rejuvenated and quite relaxed. I've never had one hour pass so quickly in my life! Highly recommended read more

The incredible staff, massage, and experience! I booked a 2hr Valentine's Day massage for my boyfriend and I while vacationing in Miami. We are entrepreneurs and do a lot of strenuous work. We were greeted with the warmest welcome and beds of rose petals. The massage pressure was just amazing, and the stretching was top tier! We were given a box of chocolates at the end of our massages which was sweet! Their reviews don't lie. I would recommend Healing Hands to anyone in need of massage therapy! read more

105 min all inclusive massage w Monica was fabulous! Very relaxing, really took her time and didn't feel rushed or lacking anything. Honestly one of my best massage experiences! Everything was great from first contact phone call! Maria was fabulous! I wish I lived locally, I would become a regular!

The only issue I had was parking. When you arrive at the building, there is valet service but I was told they don't valet trucks and was not given an alternative place to park (this was a separate company and had nothing to do with Healing Hands). It was a mission to find parking because it is Brickell... I had to park a couple blocks away. When I arrived, the staff was lovely, Ms. Athena was my masseuse. She was amazing! She was very attentive and listened to my concerns about specific aches and pains I was dealing with. As a competitive athlete, it's hard to find a masseuse who isn't afraid of a deep tissue and can work around muscular areas, but Ms. Athena did amazing. The place was very clean and relaxing and I left feeling refreshed. The owner, Ms Anastasia, was made aware of the parking situation and contacted me directly, which I thought was very professional and kind of her! Amazing, very personable, and great massage! Would recommend. (Just don't bring a truck lol!) read more

I must start by explaining the four stars instead of five... We (hubby and I) read the directions to get to this place, so I thought. We walked around the entire building- a gentleman at the desk explained that we needed to keep going around the building. So, FINALLY, we are outside of the door across from the guardhouse. In the meantime, we called the 'listed number' and were told to just wait, as we were early. Huh? Outside?? In the rain?? So, ok. No getting into a Zen mood prior to the massage. At least there's a bench and it's warm weather. Hence, the FOUR STARS. Now, for the service! OMFnG!!! UHHH-MAAAAZING! (Background - prior to COVID-19, we were avid cruisers. Visiting the spa on a cruise ship is an experience like no other. And I love a good massage.) Ok, so Anastasia comes outside to get us - I guess about 12 - 15 minutes or so prior to our 60 - minutes Couples appointment. She explained the set-up and apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait outside, informing us that they are practicing out of a shared workspace. So, now I get it! And who can stay upset when someone is smiling and offering you water out of a mug? She seated us and said she was going to prep the room, and that Carlos should be arriving any minute. Upon her return, Carlos walked into the building, greeted us and said give him 2 minutes. Anyway, he went somewhere and then he came RIGHT back, empty handed and ready for work. They walked us upstairs to a beautifully Zen room, asked the usual pre-massage questions and then stepped out for us to undress and get situated. (They wait 30 seconds for you to get underneath the covers when the lights go out.) My husband had Anastasia. He said, "She has wonderfully Healing Hands. The pressure was great, which can sometimes be a challenge for women massaging men with large muscle structure."... I must say, as the Mrs, I will concur that she must have been getting into those muscles well, as I kept hearing 'Eek, Mm! Ok, go ahead! Get in there.' - followed by very deep breaths. I'm trying not to laugh! When I tell you that Carlos found ALL of my 'trouble spots', WOW!! I have been having issues with the ligaments and muscles at my hip. He really worked those, stretching me, as I probably should have been doing all along. I love that all you have to do is explain what type of massages you've had in the past and they will incorporate these things - in the ONE PRICE. He used Deep tissue, hot stones, relaxing, stretching. Mmmm!!! I came back to my room and immediately booked another massage with Carlos (thank you for being available on 7/5/21) for 7 days later... this time for 75 minutes! So, ALL IN ALL - the service was 7-stars!! Finding the location and the person on the phone - 2 to 3 stars. read more

My husband has been having back pain and I booked two appointments for him with Maria. She is amazing and has done a wonderful job!

A truly wonderful experience from the moment you walk in, the attention they give you makes you feel welcome. Thank you, Andrea, wonderful massage, you released a world of tension! Fantastic neck and back massage - so relaxed and all pain is gone plus all the tips you gave me for day to-day. I plan to go back for more. read more

My first time ever getting a deep massage and I'm glad I came across them. Natalia took care of me very well. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and she made sure I was comfortable with everything from beginning to end. The room is small, but clean and relaxing. She asked me the areas she should mostly work on and she definitely focused on that, to the t. I left the session feeling refreshed and I definitely realized how much I needed a massage. I would probably come back when needed, and thank you, Natalia, for being professional and attentive, I really appreciated that. read more

Make an appointment and run don't walk to get there! Very professional and by far the single best massage I have had!

I just had what I think might be the best massage of my life with Natalia from Healing Hands. Woah! I've been suffering from acute pain in my chest, neck and upper arm and she treated the area like no one had ever done before. She is also so knowledgeable, she explained how all the muscles are interconnected, helped me with stretching exercises and just made me feel like a new person! Amazing service, I am getting the monthly subscription, it was that good! Thank you so much Natalia for your beautiful gift . read more

I had the BEST message of my life with Cedtara! Her presence was very gentle and calm upon arrival and she was very intentional in asking me what areas if any she would like her to focus on. Her hands read my body and could tell WHERE needed more pressure or less based on the knots and tenderness she could sense in my body. Overall great experience and I highly recommend Cedtara read more

First off what I can say was finding the location was very easy they even have a video just in case to show you where they're located at specifically. They were very inviting, nice and sweet. Both of the people who gave us our massage was very professional. I did get the couple massage and the pricing is a little high but it was worth every penny. It was very soothing to the point where i even fell asleep which speaks volumes on how relaxing the massage was. They always checked in on the amount of pressure and explained in detail what they did.So overall experience was awesome. I will be coming back for another visit. read more

Had a great experience with Healing Hands! Sandra, the therapist, was skilled and hit all the right spots. She also applied the right amount of pressure as I'm used to getting deep tissue. Facilities were clean and serene. Scheduling was a breeze and accommodating even though I booked last minute. Would def recommend. read more

I have been going to Healing Hands for 3 months (approx 3-4 times a month) I have been getting massages for over 15 years to relieve pain and tension in my neck and shoulders in different countries and different types of therapies so I can say that I have extensive and proven experience. Maria, on my first appointment with her, she gave me the best massage I have ever received. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone who needs a REALLY effective massage. Her hands are magical, they eliminate all my tensions, knots and chronic pain. I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion the quality of the service as well as María's treatment and her amazing professionalism deserve it. read more

While visiting Miami, I decided to get a couples massage. As we have not done one of these together before. The place was not difficult to locate, as the instructions provided were spot on. Our masseuses were Lucy and Cedtara. While they both were pretty good, thus the reason for the 3 star rating. However, I found myself leaving not as relaxed as I had anticipated. This due to the room being extremely cold and very bright. Although the lights were out, there were no room darkening curtains that prevented the sunlight from coming through. I would not recommend this service unless adjustments are made. Overall for the amount of money paid, I was disappointed. read more

While visiting my birthplace Miami, I booked a couple spa day for me and my wife. The place is very clean and well kept and the music in our room was soft, nice and very relaxing. Athena worked her magical hands on me while Victoria quietly work on my wife. My aches and pains were eliminated completely after my 75 minute session. My entire body was so relaxed that I asked them for a few more hours just to take a nap. Victoria gave my wife's body a very good deep massage which relieved her of the pain and aches she was having prior to our visit. A quick little facial was part of Victoria's way of appreciating my wife's beautiful skin. I commended both ladies by adding little extra $$ to our bill even though the gratuity was include in the advance payment when booking the appointment. We will be back again in the future because the people there are very nice. Great Job Ladies and Thank You. read more

Amazing couples massage with both Pilar and Julie!! The massages are personalized so if you're in pain in certain areas, they'll take care of you. From the the aromatic oils, music, and massage styles, we couldn't be happier. We will definitely come back. Booking was super easy since we did everything online. They'll meet you at the entrance and will walk you in. Please make sure you wash your hands and wear your mask at all times. Located right in the Winds apartment complex across from the parking attendant. Thank you again Healing Hands! read more

Maria C gives a fantastic massage! I wasn't sure what to expect but the facility is clean and welcoming. Maria asked me what kind of pressure I like and checked in with me regularly. Liz was amazing and thoughtful. I enjoyed the massage and vibe in general. will definitely come back

I have had these Therapeutic Massages for the last few years. While perhaps not coming more than once a year, over the years I have received massages by different masseuse. And every time they have been exceptional. The experience has always left me wanting to extend my time. The location while a little funky where it is located, I can honestly say this is only something you will notice the first time you arrive. The massage room seems to be located in what may be a co-working office but they have their own room with a complete setup, and as I said you will only notice it upon arrival and not again. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

When we travel and have time we look for the top rated massage place and get a nice 90 min massage. Anastasia with Healing Hands had great reviews and she and Julie (my wife had her I believe this was her name) did not disappoint! We get a lot of massages but both therapists really did a good job finding and working out the knots. They call it an all inclusive massage, which mean you can ask for deep tissue, hot stone, stretching, whatever you want/need. They really worked on our trouble spots using heat to warm up some spots, stretching/twisting to dig into my muscles and even hot stone to focus on some areas. My wife and I considered it some of the best massages we have had in a long time! Highly recommend Healing Hands if you want a quality massage! read more

The masseuse was lovely and the quality of the massage was overall great, although the price is a bit steeper than some equally good massages elsewhere. Docking off two stars for the incredibly condescending tone that the front desk staff member decided to take with me when I spoke with them on the phone with some questions about pushing the appointment time (I'm used to rudeness, being from Boston... but whoever I was speaking to on the phone was probably having a particularly bad day because she felt it was the occasion to be bitch central). My only request from my experience is for the front desk to not assume all their customers are stupid, and to treat them all kindly and with respect - your masseuses do, so do them a favor and let them get the stars they deserve. Please don't make your customers feel terrible for running late because you never know why people run late. As a physician I am used to patients running late and it can be literally for any reason, often outside of their control! Unfortunately because of this interaction, I will not be back. read more

We love the our couples massage. They were more therapeutic and healing than the typical relaxing massages. In fact, there were stretching options, which we elected to receive. The actual masseuses were outstanding. Very communicative and sensitive. I neglected to tell my masseuse my lower back issues and somehow she zeroed in on it and spent a bit more time in the area. We arrived a few minutes late and they were very accommodating making sure we got the full hour. This was one of the best massage experiences we've ever had. If you're thinking you want a massage, start with Healing Hands. And, the prices we extremely reasonable. read more
